Just upgraded to a 15 pro max with a watch 9. Dee was so professional throughout the whole process. She is an exceptionally professional person and continually ensured I was fully aware of what she was doing. Had a small connectivity issue with cellular. She reached out for assistance to discover it was an issue with loading a bell web page. She place a work ticket on the issue, and kept me fully updated on all of her extensive efforts. If everyone was as positive as Dee in the service industry we would never see written complaint.

My wife just recently changed pone provider and Dee Prescott was very accommodating and gave awesome service! She explains well and answers all our questions. Keep up the very good work Dee! You are the best!

My husband & I went into the Bell store with our own devices to switch over our phones to devices we were given by a family member. Dee greeted us with a welcoming smile and.an understanding manner. At no point did she make us feel like we should know how to complete this process on our own. She spent a lot of time with us with no regard for a personal gain. We have since told many people about the amazing customer service we received from Dee & encouraged them to go to the Bell store to have a similar experience.

I had a great in-store experience purchasing a new iPhone. I was assisted by Dee, who was very helpful and went out of her way to assist me when I realized my data transfer from my old phone to my new one was going to take much longer than expected and make me late getting home. See helped me get the best price, found me an additional monthly discount, and didn’t pressure me to take extras I wasn’t interested in. …and she was super friendly! Great customer service Dee!

Was at the Bell store in Kingston in the mall and dealt with Dirk. As nice as he was, was taken for a bit of a ride. Was silently given the wrong phone. When asked to change to one I actually wanted he said he did not have any. Was there for hours trying to transfer data. I was told that it would transfer when I got home and connected to wifi. This was not the case. I had to travel an hour back to exchange it and try and transfer all the data. When working with the new rep she noticed a brand new iPhone 14 plus that wasn’t mine inside the bag that was unopened.

Dee helped me out a lot. I was shopping around for a phone from different providers that day, but Dee gave me the best deals and the best service. She’s super chill. I got the new iPhone and Airtags. I’m happily using my phone with 25gb of data to write this lol. Thanks Dee!

Not the store I will be there tomorrow, but I have never had such poor service from anyone on the phone. Thought Bell was a good company to be with WRONG no one is willing to fix the problem that I keep having. "OPPS you have lost the internet please reset". Bell was installed Dec 6th and I have talked to Bell every 2nd day since. I have asked them to come and and change the location of the modem but they do not do house calls after everything has been installed. I am fed up and returning this equipment back to Bell.

Dee went above and beyond to help my parents and I set up our new phones. She helped to troubleshoot some technical challenges that would have frustrated anyone, yet stayed cheerful and helpful throughout. Very professional and she provides a great example of excellent customer service.

I felt compelled to share my sheer and total satisfaction to one of the staff (Jason) at the Bell store in the Cat Centre. Jason not only resolved my phone issue, but replaced my SIM card, and secured me with a cheaper plan which is so much better than my current plan. He was courteous and competent and made my whole week. Thanks so much Jason

Worst experience. Unqualified staff waited half an hour to get my number port but they need more 10 minutes. Please provide them good and trained staff. The boy over there didn’t know how to do anything.

After having a nightmare experience with the manager at the Rio Can store, I decided that it was worth travelling the extra distance to this store to give bell another chance before cancelling my services. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable… Handled everything that I needed done and has restored my faith in Bell)

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with any provider. EVER. Everything they did was completely wrong. Somehow they input the wrong phone number on my account, and they completely forgot the room number. The technician Casper that was scheduled to come setup our modem was completely useless. He was 3 hours late, and simply dropped off the modem and left. I was told that another technician was to come the next day to activate it and 3 days later still nothing. Casper is now ignoring my calls. I've spent hours on the phone with multiple Bell employees and departments and they're all useless, they just keep transferring me to other departments cause they have no idea what to do. I'm being charged for internet that no one can setup, this is ridiculous. I will never use or recommend Bell to anyone.

As instructed by the Kingston Centre store I went to have my 11 month old phone repaired. The employee told me that they could not do it but the jump+ store could. The manager came out, did not acknowledge me, grabbed my phone said "I have to look for liquid damage" to which I said that is not the problem. He then put the phone down on the counter and said "you will have to deal with jump+" and walked away. No sorry for your incovenience, no nothing! Is this Bell customer service? I have been a bell customer for 35 years, so much for loyalty.

Called and left a message over 3 hrs ago. Wanted to get cell, Tv and internet hooked up at home.and also our new sports store were opening. The Bell outlet at the Cat Center in Kingston On. Couldnt even be bothered call us back. We went to the outlet, to see how busy they are.ad they were talking to each other, nobody in the Bell outlet. Worst NON service. Filed complaint. Gone to a competitor. Btw. The manager Josh, was on vacation. Well done. Will make sure to spread the word, on your customer care being non existent.
