The service at the store is unparalleled. Just absolutely amazing. They are very polite, knowledgeable, patient when you have a more complicated problem, and (if you want), even call you when there are promotions relevant to your account to reduce your bill.

I can’t say enough about this store.

I came in looking for a new phone Matthew greeted me with wonderful smile, very helpful and friendly answered all my questions for picking out the right phone that suited for me.
I ended getting a plan best for me
and Matthew and Esh gave me a fabulous deal!

I have to be honest — going to the phone store is the worst. Literally nobody is having fun when they’re dealing with telecom companies, amiright? I had a lot of complicated/annoying stuff I needed to get done at Bell today, so I knew it would take a while and I was dreading it. I was SO LUCKY to get an appointment Sean, who went WAY above and beyond to help me out and make everything easy and seamless. I was there for three hours and he was gracious, entertaining, and so helpful the whole time. I can’t recommend this location enough — especially if you’re lucky enough to work with Sean!

Beware. They make big promises, write it down for you, you sign up, you don't get what they said you will, and then claim you misunderstood. I now understand why Bell has the most complaints.

I had the pleasure of working with Anshi Shah who assisted me in choosing and purchasing a new phone. He went over and beyond his call of duty for me. He was very patient and took the time needed to ensure I was comfortable with my new phone. Excellent customer service!

Staff attempted to fraudulently take out a loan in my name, lied about upgrading my plan (charged more for exactly the same plan), and took over 2 hours just to 'upgrade' my phone.

Never going back there after today.bought a new phone in November. The protective plastic enstalled by Bell worker was starting to lift up.
When i asked for a replacement, they wanted $44 plus tas.

I ealked out fuming. Bad policy Bell!
As soon as my contract is terminated, i'm switching provider.

The staff at this location go waaaaaay above and beyond to get you the best deals possible and to make sure you leave the store totally satisfied with your services. Chien was particularly helpful and took all the time necessary to get me an incredible desl on my cellphone and internet. Come to this location if you want to get the best deals and service.

Good service until they pressure you to get the warranty package. Which turns me off on the service. When you try to get a deal because you have been a long time member with Bell, they call the Cancellation department and say you want to cancel. Why? Then when you want to get a case they also grab the lens protector which is $50. Wow! And when you say no they insist. You can buy a lens protector for half the cost or cheaper on Amazon.
Then when you say forget about it, they continue to say I can give you a deal. How come they just to that in the first place. Hmmm! I know there in sales but they sure like to take every penny from you. Finally there not even a true Bell Store there a contractor for Bell, so there working for there company. "CellCom". I will not go back!

Marc (Marcellino) is very friendly and patient. Not pushy and took the time to explain things and answer all of my questions, some of them probably not so smart. Wait can be a little long if the store is busy but that is like any Bell store and is absolutely not the fault of the guys working there, the processes they have to go through are just unfortunately lengthy ones. They know their stuff!

Don't add a flexiti payment to your account. I didn't ask enough questions and read what I was agreeing to, and that's my fault. I was under the impression, based on what I had asked for, that my cell bill would not increase if I put money down on my phone. It did not increase, but I DID get a flexiti bill for $40 a month. It was stupid but they were not forthcoming either. I should have changed providers as planned.

Today I had some complicated changes to introduce to my account. I was assisted by Marcelinho Najem.
He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me through the entire process which required several contacts with the Bell call centre and supervisory staff.
I do not usually write reviews. But without Marcellino’s help I would have given up.

This location went above and beyond for me. Chien and his coworker were so friendly and helpful. Chien was informative, patient, and went way beyond my expectations. Would recommend this location for all your Bell and phone needs!

Chien is absolutely fantastic and goes above and beyond. He worked way harder than he had to to make sure that I was taken care of as a customer and that I left with the best deal. I’ve been his customer on two separate occasions and his service every time has been unparalleled in quality to any other experience I’ve had.

I strongly discourage anyone looking for a cell phone from going with Bell. If you are with them for a contract and decide to take your business elsewhere, expect 3-5 phone calls a day from their "loyalty department". In the past 3 days I have recieved 6 seperate calls from Bell essentially begging me to come back. It's a desperate tactic, completely pathetic and is a shining example of corporate harrassment. Take your money elsewhere to avoid this stupidity

Edit: After being told I would be put on the do not call list I received another call today. Not only is Bell now harrassing me, they're lieing about putting me on a do not call list and calling me when I've specificified I do not wish to receive calls. Completely illegal and the same tactics that telemarketer scammers use. Utterly unprofessional and pathetic behaviour from Bell.

We had an excellent experience at the Bell Store at 247 Bank St. Again! We've been going there for a few years for iphone service but also general Bell product consulting. Recently Bell worker, Chien, did a terrific job coaching my wife and myself to upgrade our iPhone to the XR. For the last few years, I have been helped by Chien every time I need to go into a Bell store. He is FANTASTIC and that really doesn't even begin to describe how great he really is at his job. He always remembers me and makes me feel completely at home and at ease. He always does his very best to make sure I leave MORE than happy and I am always shocked and uplifted by his dedication and genuine enthusiasm in his work. I can even go as far as saying that a big part of why I stay with Bell is because of him. There is no substitute for human connection and Chien is the perfect example of why. As for the rest of the team, I always feel I am amongst friends as I wait for my service experience to be complete. Everyone is friendly and talkative, welcoming and entertaining. I always leave this store in a better mood than when I walked in! Big thanks to these amazing humans!

I went in for wireless Internet and to upgrade my phone, Chien was a great help. Spent an hour on the phone getting me a good deal. Overall came away feeling good about the money I spent there.

I always go to this Bell location. Their team is very knowledgeable and they work hard to offer you the best. Today bought an iPhone for my wife and Chien provided excellent service. He managed to get me the best deal he could find, with patience and creativity, harmonizing my different plans, etc. Cody, in the past, was as good as Chen today. Wonderful team spirit and dedication by top notch experts. They are not there to get their pay-checks only but to offer excellent professional service. Bravo and merci! Phil.

I went to the store this past Black Friday (Nov 23) to set up an EPP plan (corporate employee phone plan). I was told that at the store level they were unable to set up EPP activations. They told me however that they could set me up on a premium plan ($80/mth) and I would be able to call into the Bell EPP department and have the rate plan updated to the EPP plan. So with this information, I proceeded to select a device and took advantage of Bell's Black Friday promotions as well. Today, I called into the EPP department and was told there was a 90-day wait period on migrations. This is standard Bell policy. Understanding that, I called the store back and was told they have nothing to do with EPP and are not trained as to how it works. That is believable to the extent they know nothing about rate plan details and promotions, etc.etc, but to tell me you don't know a 90-day wait period for migration COULD POSSIBLY apply to this situation is hard to believe. So this 1-star review is either for the store who did not properly train their staff or simply "forgot" this vital piece of information. Or alternatively, this 1-star review is for those who manage Bell's training standards who theoretically in this case, failed to integrate this simple and critical detail (of 90-day waits on plan migrations) into their store level training program and therefore, the manager and employees truly were not aware of this potential limitation.

In the end, Bell Loyalty reviewed the dispute and granted me a monthly credit for 3 months. This credit being in the amount of the difference between the $80 premium plan and the EPP rate I WOULD have gotten if I had been told of the 90-day migration policy (in this case, I would have obviously called into the EPP directly and there would have been no problem).

My suspicion is that the existence of a 90-day migration policy is known at the store level and this was not communicated to me in order to secure the activation and the associated commission.

Went to this location based on the reviews I saw and was not disappointed! Cody is the man, saved me countless dollars and was extremely helpful. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. These guys know their stuff!
