Just when we were starting to believe that great customer service has gone away forever, we had the pleasure of attending the Bell store at Mapleview and being assisted by JP. Courteous, knowledgeable, patient.what an incredible, positive experience! I cannot say enough about how lucky Bell is to have this gentleman working for them. A credit to the company and the industry. Anyone looking for a new cellphone or assistance with Bell services - this is the place and the man to see! Thank you JP!

Exceptional experience today with Eric at the Bell store at Mapleview mall. We had to transfer information from an iphone 5 to an 8. Eric was very patient and answered all our questions and allowed us to take the time we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and next time I need a phone I would go and see him. Thank you Eric!

If I could give 0stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Omar acted as if we inconvenienced him when we wanted to purchase a new phone. He told us to just go to the Apple Store as it’s easier. When we explained that the Apple Store is out of phones, he rolled his eyes when we explained we wanted to purchase it just directly from Bell. He then continued to express his frustration with us when he had to override something to do with the app. He then told us to just call Bell and order the phone from them.
We straight up asked if he just doesn’t want to sell us the phone and why he was acting like we were an inconvenience.
I asked for the contact info for the store manager and he refused to give me the persons business card. Told me to call the store later in the week when the manager is in.
I personally work in customer service and I cannot believe I was treated this way.
Stay far far far away from this location. They don’t care about their customer experience.

I just walked in to the store for anything new. The gentleman Ben approached me and explained to me very patienly and professionally. He made me to do some business. So I switched my cogeco internet service to bell. Thanks Ben for your excellent service. Keep up your great work.

Raffi and Cameron were amazing to deal with! Professional and knew how to keep the customer coming happy, not pushy by any means and could answer your question honestly and truthfully! Would recommend this location to anyone wanting to deal with Bell in person! Way to go guys! Will definitely be coming back here in the next month when I’m due for an upgrade:)

Zero stars should be an option here. Tv constantly freezing and losing signal. I have had at least 3 technicians at my home and they determined the issue was off site. It gets fixed and works great for a month or two and then the problem reoccurs. The equipment was replaced twice already. I must have reset my system a million times in the last year, because that's their solution for everything. At one stage I was told they don't know what the problem is. During Covid lockdown, my kids had endless problems with the intermittent internet signal when they had online school classes. I'm past anger and frustration because I realise that I hold the power to change things by changing providers. Good luck in the future Bell and good riddance.

Purchased new Samsung S22 as un upgrade yesterday at this location. Salesperson James Domingo was extremely helpful and explained the phone and contract thoroughly. Transferred data from old phone to the new, and was very patient as it took some time to do this, also helped me set up several accounts on the new phone. Will definitely return to this location when I need another upgrade.

Was there to see about my late father's cancelled account and why they are still billing him. Ben helped us on the phone with support which took forever, we were transferred a bunch, cut off, etc it was very frustrating. We could not have gotten this far on our own without Ben. He was calm and knew what to say to them. Thanks very much Ben!

They had half as many options as the call center did. Got told I had to pay for things I didn't and they ended up selling USA phone with no charger, just call in.
