I should give no stars on this Bell branch I visited this branch 3x to ask for help on my plan and activate my phone all they have to tell me is call online service. They will not make an effort to help their customers.this branch sucks! I! So I have to go to other Bell store for help.trained them for a better customer service

This is a zero star review. Do NOT bother going to this place. Staffed by absolute morons who don’t care about helping customers at all. The other locations are no better but this one is special because it’s in the seventh circle of hell.

I went in to inquire about an upgrade and two different people told me two different stories. They did not have the device in store and did the upgrade through the app for me. All ok at this point. I was told the process is that you get your new phone delivered at home, bring in your old and new phone, they will do the transfer and activation and take the old phone as a trade in. I was given trade in values and the order went through. Device came in one month later and I went into the store again. The SAME person who placed my order now tells me they can’t do anything in store and I have to call Bell for help with my order. The reason being, if I want help in store then I have to buy the device in store and not online. Seriously? After having wasted all this time, I called Bell and found out that this in-store MORON had only requested an upgrade and NOT a trade in. So now the only options I had were to return the phone I had waited for over a month to arrive, or trade in my phone now for credit towards accessories. Ridiculous. They wanted me to trade in for a $500+ credit for phone cases and screen protectors. So I just returned the device and washed my hands off this whole thing. What a horrible, horrible experience. Compared to providers in the US these people are living in the 16th century. This is why we need more competition in this country so we don’t have to tolerate ridiculous customers experiences like this. Bell, please do yourself a favor, shut down this store and save some money so you can invest it in hiring / training better store associates.

Faez, the sales consultant, was so nice and very patient with all the questions I had. I chose a different plan because I am student, but he recommended a better deal for me which will be really helpful while I'm in school.

Please take note.after spending four hours trying to resolve an issue on my phone with my account and setting up pre-authorize payment plan as well as my Bell account on my phone. I was advised to go into a bell store I called made an appointment and spoke with Honey at Lemridge mall in Hamilton.as I arrived at the store which is 45 minutes each way away I met with Tyler that told me, if tech support from Bell could not help me? They can’t do anything for me? Then I spoke with Honey and she said “not a problem I can take care of this for you. “She rectify the problem she guided me through the process she explained to me what the problem was within 5 minutes (A spelling error on my name) everything was done.she’s an amazing person with integrity. Tyler on the other hand said if you think it can be done then you do it and he passed on the computer too Honey.
Please all I want is the people with integrity kindness attentive to be recognized as valuable employees in your establishment.
Please pass it on so she can get recognition for her professionalism.

I really value their service because they treat the customer with such calm and friendliness. When I went to the store to purchase my iPhone 14 Pro Max, Honey's service was excellent because she took the time to explain everything to me. She is also very compassionate. They offer their customer's needs a high priority, which I find to be good for all of their staff members. I advise anyone seeking to buy something to at least attempt to go there once.

Went in for new phone and plan. Our sales rep was Hamad (sorry if the spelling is incorrect). He was exceptional. Went above and beyond to address our needs and concerns. Product and service knowledge: 10/10. Exceptional communication. What impressed me the most was his ability to multitask and help other customers without ever making us feel forgotten. Best customer service I have received in years!

Dealt with Hamid regarding my small business mobility plan update, as well as some home internet issues. My best experience with any sales consultant at any communications store to date, ever since I've owned a cell phone for the last 20 years of my life. Great young guy who knows his stuff and was very efficient, clear, helpful, etc. His Manager Kelly was great as well, clearly running a great store with employees like Hamid.

Recently, I was trying to find a Bell store in Hamilton or Niagara that wasn't already closed for the evening as it was after supper on a weeknight. The Bell store in Limeridge Mall was still open!
What I thought would take quite some time was actually very quick and thorough thanks to Mehreen. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and she also found the best deal for my needs. The 5 stars goes straight to her! She was also very patient and pleasant. Thank you so much Mehreen!

Hamid is amazing! He originally set us up with our cell phones and internet. After some issues that arose from issues outside of Bell's control we had to get the phones reactived. We were thrilled to see Hamid when we returned to the store. Not only did he go above and beyond to get the issue corrected and everything up and running again, he also hooked us up will Bell 5 TV. Could not be thrilled with the service we received, thanks again Hamid.

We lucked out and had Abbie helping us️️ Went in with my teenage son to upgrade his phone. Abbie is so personable and so helpful…she made it so easy for us.she answered all of our questions (I had a lot) and even took the time to speak to my husband on the phone to explain our new plan…that was so awesome of her! I had a fantastic experience at the Bell store. They were polite when I walked in and Sandra B.was absolutely fantastic with her positive personality and extremely helpful. I would recommend Sandra B.to all my family and friends. She made the experience of moving my number from Telus to Bell easy and LOVE my new iPhone that I purchased. I have been dealing with the same Sandra B at this location for years, ever since cell phones had antennas and have nothing but good to say about both the person and the service. She has always put the customer's needs or concerns first and I have not seen her handle not just mine but other people's issues with both a friendly and experienced approach.

Where other providers seem to be most interested in just selling you the product/service and then move on to the next, Sandra takes the time to make sure you understand fully whatever the situation.

Three thumbs up.

We had an issue with a recent purchase that was difficult to assess why the issue was even happening.
The Limeridge staff was excellent in resolving our issue and we are VERY happy with the service and troubleshooting we received.
A special thank you to Kelly (the manager) and JP (the consultant) who were both instrumental I'm making sure it was fixed.

I lost a phone and had insurance, they told me to upgrade my contract, it voided the insurance which made me have to buy a new phone; a loss of $1000. Absolute scamming idiots - plus Bell is the worst service / customer service / TV, internet, or mobile phone company. Highly don't recommend.

Abysmal customer service experience. I went to activate a new iPhone 12 pro max on a corporate plan. Manager Sara informed me I would receive the same EPP plan as a colleague. Still, when the time came to activate, no manager was available. Instead of a corporate account, I was given a consumer account, which costed 20% more. My number was lost during porting for an hour when work calls were coming through. During my activation, I sought assistance from the manager, but no manager was on site on a Monday at 1 pm. Obscene staff responses when answering the phone and JP in-store making for unpleasant comments while I was working with a different customer service agent Angelica. The entire activation was an uncomfortable experience and took 3 hours with nothing being resolved even though Sara, the manager, said it would be resolved within 24 hours the day after. Update: Sara had the audacity to call me and complain to me about my review and said I was fabricating my story. I had to escalate the case to customer care/resolution and still have not yet resolved my issue. However, with everything that took place, I would not recommend this store to anyone to avoid a horrifying customer experience.

She was served by Ahmed and Tasha at Bell LIMERIDGE Mall.

Their service was impeccable, both showed consideration to my needs. They were very helpful and answered all my questions.
Ahmed wondered about my accent so I told him I’m Scottish and he said he has always wanted to go there. It was nice to be treated like a human than always dealing with answering machines.

We went into the Bell store in Limeridge mall and was helped by an employee named Tasha she was very informative and amazingly helpful and made us feel safe with all of the covid measures put in place by Bell and the team. I recently upgraded my phone and purchased an Apple Watch. My experience with Ahmed was absolutely outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. He spend so much time explaining all the features of my new devices. I never once felt rushed. Ahmed made this such a great experience. He is top notch! Bell is lucky to have him as an employee. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for amazing customer service.

If I could I would give twice the stars after my most recent visit. The Bell personal were more than accommodating as well as totally professional. With their help my wife and I were able to secure continued tv service for my 90 year old mother in law after Rogers saw fit to discontinue her service so they could sell her their ignite service. All we wanted was basic service. Having internet service is not what she wants or needs. When we approached Rogers we were told that there is nothing that they could do for us, so her monthly bill would increase by nearly 40 dollars, on a fixed income that is huge. So thanks to Bell she is still able to watch her shows and her church services and still keep costs under control. Rogers had an opportunity to make it good but it seems that profits guide their thinking.
Thank you Bell for your understanding that elderly customers still count.

Never have I ever received better customer service that what I received from Ahmed today! He was kind and extremely patient, even though I was so indecisive about everything! He took the time to explain everything, even down to the smallest details! I would 1000% recommend my friends and family to go see him specifically. I will definitely be back! The manager Sarah at the Bell store at Limeridge Mall is outstanding. She is fast and efficient and took care of my internet, TV & home phone setup in an extremely professional manner. She found me the best package deal and was really attentive to my requirements. I cannot wait until my current tenure with my cell phone provider is up so that I can "convert" to Bell (Of course with Sarah). I strongly recommend contacting her and I will continue referring her to my many friends, family & business associates. Thank you.

Today I got a call from Mike a sales rep at Limeridge Mall telling me that Bell put their Internet back to fibre50 in my area. I first seen Mike back in September when I went into the store to find out what kind of deal I could get on my house phone, Internet and TV, only to find out that Bell lowered the Internet speed in my area. Mike told me that he would check from time to time to see if Bell put the Internet speed back to Fibre50 and today was my lucky day because right after he checked to see if Bell changed the Internet speed he called me with great news. Mike offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse. Mike, I thank you for taking the time with me on the phone today. If anyone needs fantastic service Mike is the guy I would recommend. He sure knows how to treat a customer right and he will find the best deal that suits your needs. Mike, have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Oscar was very helpful in setting me up with my new Motorola Cellphone and helped me figure out how to navigate it. He also helped me to troubleshoot my WiFi connection issues and set up a Technician to come to my home to upgrade my service (something I'd been trying to arrange via the Call Centre with no success). Great job and things are running better.

Today I had to get my lost iPhone replaced and was very stressed. The sales associate 'JP' was extremely helpful. He kept saying to me "I got you" and proceeded to help me with a new phone and made it so easy for me. He was great!

I was blown away by the level of service I received. We went in on Black Friday came in with almost unrealistic expectations, but our salesperson (Natasha) did everything possible to get us the contract terms we wanted. Super patient and resourceful. Manager was very helpful and generous as well. Shocked I'm even writing this about a major telecommunications company. Especially Bell!

I was recently in your store with my mom who wanted assistance with the upgrade of her phone. I am not an expert but to her I am her expert. We were both so happy that Tasha was the Bell Employee that assisted us. She answered both of our questions, pointed out things I had not considered was extremely patient and never made up feel we were taking too much of her time even though we were there for a while. I think you are lucky to have her as an employee and Tasha we cannot thank you enough! Loving the Samsung 20! I will be requesting you when its time for my upgrade next year!
