This is one of the best bell stores I have ever experienced. I manage a lot of cell phone accounts for businesses and personal with both Bell and Rogers and this store has some of the most knowledgeable service representatives I have ever dealt with Charlotte and Josh are simply the best!

Went into the store with a software issue on my device and Mariah and Charlotte went above to try and help me fix the issue and come up with alternate solutions to fix the issue. I will definitely come back in the future!

During multiple visits, I've seen the staff here being treated like absolute garbage by customers, and yet they hold their composure and still maintain a high level of service. Everyone is always helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They work hard and go out of their way to help you.

Unbelievable taking advantage of an 83 year old senior that had medical issues at the time. Charged her for an expensive phone and all the special features that she did not need. After that tried to take back the phone which they will not give a credit or a refund and hasn't even been 30 days. Under the Bell website it states you have 30 days pending sickness. Also Josh was very rude snickering at us customer service was laughable to him

I was a true Bell customer until this year. They automatically applied 3 increased in just 2022. I cancelled my Bell (TV, Internet & Phone) in September as there was another increase coming in October. I took my equipment to Canada Post as required by Bell (Canada Post advised me to keep my receipt) I'm so glad I did. This is now December and I just got a bill from Bell for equipment not returned. From what I found out this is how they work so if you have equipment to return to Bell Please remember to keep your receipt from Canada Post.

Charlotte H was absolutely awesome! Came in to upgrade my husband's phone and she had so much patience while we waited for my husband to get to the store so we could trade in his phone - she explained while signing the contract & even got us a deal on a case for my husband's phone! So, I unfortunately destroyed my phone over new years weekend, and found myself in need of a new one. I went in yesterday and wasn't sure what I wanted. We went over some options based on what I use it for, and picked the S21. It was made easy, fun, and I was out in no time. Thank you for your amazing service.

Terrible experience.
My husband and I bought the exact same phone at the exact same time. Both of us had issues with connection to wifi, battery life, no reception in country, pictures wouldn't send, videos were terrible and text messages were not sending. The employees at the store were not helpful and made it sound like it was our fault that we bought phones that don't work. The line was "Those are $1200 phone, they are good phones". A $1200 phone that doesn't work.
We went to the Pen Centre store. Stacey and Rick have been awesome. Both phones were sent away for repair, no questions asked and both came back with software download issue. Some of my "notes" in my downloaded files were carried over 33 times!
The Pen Centre store is actually run by Bell. The 4th Avenue/Vansickle store is a franchise. Go to the Pen!?

Ask for Jeremy! He was welcoming, kind and excited to help me. He worked with me to find the right package for TV and Internet and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quote I got! I’ve been with bell for years, and never have I had customer service like this. Dean was also great and very helpful. I highly recommend coming to this bell store - but make sure you call first to see if Jeremy is working - he is a treat. Thank you so much Jeremy!

I had not been looking to upgrade my phone but learned that it would be an easy transition. Problem was my corporate contract had been switched at some point. Angela from Peterborough was in the store doing training and she immediately honed in on the problem. Left in her hands within a few hours, Problem solved. Next day went in and Angela immediately knew me and had Shawna help to finish my transition. Took next to know time. Very professional, very courteous and very kind. Great working with this team.

Wonderful! Angela and Dean were super helpful! Due to their helpful suggestions, we solved a potentially expensive problem easily. Having saved a great deal of money, we spent money on recommended accessories. Great customer service!

I went to this Bell store to have my SIM card looked at. I was having some issues with my phone coming back into Canada from a trip. When I arrived, I had to wait for a moment, however the staff member Jeremy acknowledged me. He greeted me kindly. After he was done with that customer, I received THE BEST customer service I have ever received from any company! He not only tried to fix the issue, but he took the time to really look into all the possibilities of where my phone issues were coming from. Once his coworker Hugo got back from his break, they both were just the most pleasant people to deal with. Neither of them were pushy for me to get a new phone, however explained the promotions, what I was eligible for, etc. Needless to say, not only did they give the best customer service, but they worked together as a team to ensure I was getting the best deal. They truly turned a bad situation into a good. If I have any future problems with my phone, I will be sure to go to this location & hope they are working. They truly deserve this recognition. I am still talking about it to family members, convincing them to go to this location in their futures.

Was there a few months back and while they are no technicians, they did the best to try and help me out with some technical issues. Ended up having to contact the manufacturer, but they were the one that pointed me to the right direction. Friendly staff and great customer service.
