I called in for very specific modem manager told me they have it they made me drive 10 km to their store and they told me they don’t have the modem I mean respect ppl time and money this store do not deserve even 1 star

If you are a "business" client be ready for differential treatment at ALL Bell stores. Even the online customer service will treat you dofferently and not in a good way. Business clients can't even use the Bell app. This is unacceptable.

I recently visited the Bell store and I had the worst customer service experience due to the manager of the store. She was extremely rude to me and was also rude to the employee working at the store at the time of my visit. The employee was helping me when the manager interrupted. From the beginning, she was using a rude tone of voice. She continued yelling and refused to deescalate the situation. From the way she spoke to me from the beginning, I feel that she was discriminating against me because of my race. I am so disappointed that Bell would appoint someone like this to a management position. Even the employee, Sim, had better customer service skills and deserved to be in a management position over her. I am not currently a Bell customer but was visiting the store to consider making a switch. Due to this situation I was not at all convinced that I should become a Bell customer.

To whom it may concern,

This is to let you know that I am a client/customer of yours for literally decades.
I needed help with my bellnet email. Help dealing with password, with set up, with installation on my phone, etc.

When I went to visit your store at your Promenade location in Thornhill, Ontario I was looked after by Sam Fani, the store manager.
This young man, was knowledgeable, patient, sympathetic to my issue, to my “ignorance” in not being able to figure it out. He took his time, made phone calls to tech support, explained to me what to do. He really went out of his way and even stayed after hours, after his shift finished, way after just to help me.

I have never dealt with anybody at Bell whose customer service skills and caring were this great. And yes, most of the dealings I have had over the past 30 years have been good, and your employees very nice over all. But this gentleman, Sam Fani, is something else, going as I call it “beyond the call of duty”.
And I must also say that this is the first time I ever took the time to write a letter of thanks like this. But he deserves it.

The sim card in my new phone was likely defective, and I was pretty unhappy when I arrived at the store, after 2 evenings of frustration, and an hour of going back and forth with tech support on the phone. But the staff, especially the person who was helping me, Sim, were very friendly and helpful.

I redact my review below after clarifying the matter in detail with the manager. It was not his fault for declining prepaid because my wifes paperwork for porting from her employer said the port had to be to be a postpaid line. And the $75 plan is the cheapest plan with data at this time, all cheaper offers expired last weekend. As to the activation fee, the waived fee did not show on the agreement because of a system issue. I apologize that I overreacted without first talking to the manager.
Original review was: Do not go here, agent named Sim and her manager misled my wife. My wife went here to get a prepaid plan and came back with one of their more expensive plans with 20gb data. I called ahead for a prepaid plan which they promised they would activate but then when she reached there few mins later they said it was not available any more. Then they sold her an expensive postpaid plan. They did not even advise her of a cheaper postpaid plan which I know they have. I realize it was my wifes fault for being fooled easily. I'd like to post this as a lesson for others who are contemplating on going to this bell store.

Lucas was the best Bell staff I have dealt with since I came to Canada. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I like him not only because he gave my family a very good deal, also his positive attitude to his job was so impressive for us. Come to this store and ask for Lucas. He will make you a good day for sure.

I got excellent help and service from Amrit, Alex, and Bahar! They are super patient and did their best to help me figure out my new phone. They also helped to transfer all the files from my old phone to my new one. They also helped transfer the photos from Grandad’s old phone to his new one. I am loyal to Bell because of their excellent customer service, both from the stores and the loyalty line.

Received phenomenal service fron Lucas at the Bell store. Lucas was friendly, patient and took the time to help me. Customer service was excellent. He was very kmowledgeable and did a bery good job at explaining everything to me. Amrit, the store manager did a great job with explaining details about the plans to me. Alex and Katrina, the other represemtatibes in the store also made sure that I was taken care of and comfprtable with the decision i was making ro upgrade the store. I highly recommend visiting rhe promenade bell location for your next phone purchase and for any customer service questions you may have. The staff are knowledgeable and make the experience of buying a new phome both fun and simple.

I went there to know Bell plans. I didn't understood what sales responsible said beacuse he was chewing gum while speaking me. Then I got price list from him, and asked why prices are so expensive then he said "it is Bell" mockingly. I dont believe true customer service should be like this. Careless behaviour and mouth smack lol

Needed a prepaid sim for one day. Alex K sold me a sim with no fund and a used $15 code. Wasted $30 and they told me to call bell service myself.
