Just got off the bell app live chat with Lorenz Christian he was a very good customer service Rep who assisted me along the way to getting a appointment booked with a technican to come help install my modem when the self installation was working ans was giving me error codes, after running their systems test they confirmed i would need a tech and i was worried i wouldn't have internet for a few days but Lorenz was able to get me an appointment for this afternoon. It has changed my opinion on bell and i look forward to using their services for internet. Need more customer service reps like Lorenz!

Horrible customer service with 0 communication skills. Traveled 30 min to make a purchase after speaking with the sales rep & manager putting a new phone one hold. Once at the store they tried to make us buy accessories claiming it “comes like that” horrible and will not be coming again. They lost a customer by being greedy

I’ve had the best experience at this Bell location in Gerrard Square. Samantha is the greatest. She’s super professional kind and caring and got me the best possible deal for my new phone. Her customer service is top tier and that is very rare these days to find somebody who treats people with dignity and respect. If I could give 20 stars I would!

Back in September Samanta helped us with a new phone plan and upgrade and went out of her way to make sure we got the best of the best! Now I’m January we had a minor problem with a new situation and Samanta took care of us and got to the bottom of everything! She’s so sweet and caring! She even remembers us from our last visit. She made everything so much easier for us, she’s the best!

Back in mid-July, I had visited this Bell store looking for advice, primarily for internet service. Seeing as I already had a Bell phone line, I figured to check out what promos they had in store and try to bundle up my services. I had spoken with a gentleman named David at the counter and he got to working right away with the current promos and offers. David made my experience a good one. He gave me advice on what I can do and not once did I feel pressure on signing up immediately. I even told him that I’ll be looking at other providers to see if I can get a better deal. He wasn’t discouraged at all and even said come back if I had any questions and provided me with his contact info. He searched for the most cost-effective plan, provided a break-down of costs associated with each service and explained things thoroughly. I decided to go with Bell and thanked him for being patient with me. I will definitely recommend him and this store (Gerrard Square). I have my services running for about 3 months now with no issues. I know that I should’ve done a review sooner, but better late than never. I’m happy with the service I received from them. Thanks!

I had a business account with bell- which I was paying for business fibe (150/150). When I switched locations I called to carry my service over. The rep on the phone said that we would need to downgrade our service “slightly” at the new location. I asked her how much and she said, “just a little”. I didn’t ask any other questions because our service until that point had been reliable. When the tech came to install our services I handed him our old fibe box to which he replied, “ that’s ok, I brought you a new one. ” And as he was installing I noticed he was not using a fibre optic cable. I asked him about it and he said we wouldn’t need one.
Not even 24 hours into the new service, we were having connectivity issues. The wifi wasn’t strong enough to even keep our security system connected, which requires less than 3mbps. Nothing worked and our business was down for the day and the following week while we tried to resolve the issue with Bell. Over the phone I was told that our building is not normally serviced by Bell, but Rogers is the main provider, and thus they haven’t upgraded their infrastructure in the buildings. I was told this downgraded our service to 50/10mbps compared to the 150/150 we previously had- and that we were still paying the same monthly rate. It was never disclosed to me that we wouldn’t be getting fibe anymore and that we were downgrading our service so significantly. They didn’t want to lose a customer so they lied. Not only did we have to wait a week for the technician to come to install our wifi but we had to wait another week to “resolve” the issues with bell however, the wifi never improved. I eventually cancelled, because the internet didn’t work at all (no exaggeration) for five days and we had to be closed during this period. We went with Rogers and the service has been great and about 30% cheaper.
Additionally, prior to cancelling with bell I received our new invoice for the month and it was more than triple our normal billed amount. They charged us 2x installation fees plus double dipped on our services, charging us a full month for the old service and a full month for the new service (which didn’t even work). After an hour of going back and forth with the rep on the phone, she basically told me that I didn’t know how to read and she was tired of explaining to me why our bill was what it was. I refused to pay the bill and asked to escalate the conversation. A manager spoke to me and quickly looked over our invoice and said that whoever wrote the invoice definitely made errors and that the bill was incorrect. After all that time spent arguing with the other rep, it took the manager a minute to see that there was in fact an issue. I was exhausted with them at that point and cancelled the service. I am still waiting for them to fix the bill and have not resolved that yet.

I have been a bell mobility customer for years and the last 10 yrs I used the Gerrard Square location. I recently decided to look into changing my Rogers, who I have always used for over 40 years), internet and TV. I met with Vanna Quach at Gerrard Square and am very happy I did. She searched for the best and the most cost-effective package for my needs, explained what I would get (which included any discounts and offers) and the amount I would pay. I decided immediately and confirmed right away that I wanted to change to the package she suggested. An excellent experience dealing with Vanna!

As a student who is planning to move I couldn't met a kinder and helpful staff at this location. Samanta and Vanna were able to explain the latest student internet deal to me in great detail. They were also attentive and patient whenever I had a question to ask. I highly recommend everyone to go to the Bell store at Gerrard Square to get service!

Went into the Bell store on Gerrard Square today to exchange my modem. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with a smile from the employees which made me feel good. Vanna Q was my representative and she made sure I was taken care of and swapped my modem out. Unfortunately, I got home, the new modem did not fix the issue I was having. Bell sent out a technician the next evening and fixed everything and I was truly great for both experiences inside and outside of the store.

The staff are very knowledgeable and were able to fix an issue with my Apple Watch within minutes. After experiencing 90+ mins on phone with their tech support earlier, I could not believe how fast Vanna was able to nail the problem and get it resolved.

Kudos to all the staff. I walked into the store when it was 10 mins to closing time feeling guilty that it might take them a bit longer to fix my issue. But they were super kind and quick to resolve it in less than 10 mins.

I just switched from an ancient blackberry and it didn't seem possible to transfer my data but the amazing ladies Vanna and Aditi worked a miracle and I'm going home so so so so happy I thank them that I am able to carry my beloved photos of ten years. My goldmine! I am so grateful to them forever.

Had such a great experience today getting set up with my new iPhone 13. Vanna was so helpful, so patient, and overall wonderful.

I came back to this Bell outlet because I had a good experience previously when I bought an earlier iPhone. Once again, the Bell store at Gerrard Square did not disappoint! Couldn’t be happier.
