Always great service! We went in on Thursday of Black Friday weekend and had a lot of phones to update plans for. Gary was so helpful. Our phones took hours to transfer all the info and he stayed late just for us to make sure everything transferred perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks!

If I could give minus 5 I would. Eric the "Store Manager" was as useful as a wet napkin. He has no customer service skills whatsoever. We were told by bell to go to a bell store to fix our issue and we were refused service at this bell store. Eric stated that he only sells bell products and does not deal with customer service issues. I am pretty sure it was because it was 5: 30 and the store closes at 6: 00 pm. We went to walmart and guess what, walmart fixed the bell issue that the bell store manager claimed he couldn't and all they had to do was call bell customer service. This is the type of attitude that seems to have become what BELL is about. 15 year customer saying goodbye bell and good riddance.

I visited on a Saturday to switch to a new phone. My only
complaint is that the store seems understaffed to handle for the volume of customers coming through. I highly commend the customer service given by the staff member Josh who was working the day I visited. His efficiency, commitment to meet the needs of the customers, sense of humour, friendliness and knowledge were so appreciated. Bell is lucky to have him!

Worst customer service in person and over the phone. My husband and I will be going to a different Bell store for our service needs going on forward.

I am a Truck Driver and depend on my Phone on a daily basis
For a short period I noticed that I couldn’t send Email’s anymore
During a delivery at the Bell Store I asked the nice Lady behind the counter if she could help.
Without hesitation she took over and got me up and running
She set up a new Password and send me a Test Email that I returned and just like that it was working just fine.
I am from Peterborough and have never bought anything in that Store. But the Customer Service I received was simply fantastic.
I believe her Name was Cindy

The service I received was fairly good however I bought a screen protector there and it is a complete waste of money. My fingerprint scanner barely works after being told it wouldn't affect it, I doesn't quite fit the screen perfectly and cuts off the top and the bottom, and there is a clear circle around the fingerprint sensor. Am going to try for a refund because for 40 dollars this is trash.

Absolute horrible service. No one has the power to do anything. They just bounce you from department to department I’ve been trying to get a new phone since back Friday. It’s now Dec 7. They won’t honour previous agreements and offers made with me. My credit score is down 70 points because of there constant credit checks and being disconnected and having to start from the beginning. Do not waste your time with this company

I had the opportunity to visit the store the other day and the staff were very attentive, professional and knowledgeable. They made the sometimes complicated details of accounts, phone-changes and hardware very easy.

The Bell store in Uxbridge is second to none. Dealing with Bell over tge phone is a horrible experience. The staff at this store are fantastic

Great service. Two women employees hard to over come a computer glitch and get me signed up with Bell. It's a 40 minute drive but so worth it for good customer service

By far the worst customer service ever! Please be careful and watch what you sign, and make sure you see ALL paper work before signing anything. There was a permotion advertised that was COMPLETLEY wrong! Falsley advertising. They only try and make a sale with you knowing limited knowledge about the permotion as possible. The manager (Cindy) is compleley rude and offer no help! I was SCAMMED and now had to pay for a product that advertised as FREE! BUYER BEWARE PLEASE!

When I arrived at the store, I had had issues with my current phone and was not expecting much. I outlined my problems to Josh, the Customer Rep, who listened to me, discussed my options and was able to provide me with a new phone that was both agreeable to me and was also more cost effective than the last one. Thank you for providing such great customer service!

Horrendous customer experience, the lady wouldn't even let me finish talking about my issue, jumped straight to me having to purchase something new. I understand they are not tech support but they are company representatives. Rude and unwilling to help unless I was making a purchase, will not be returning

Customer service was amazing. My problem was fixed within 10 min. The lady was very good at explaining everything to me so that I can understand stand it. Definitely going to be buying my next phone from here!:)

Been here twice, sometimes the service in small towns exceeds that of larger areas, It's never as busy and I was lucky to have great knowledgeable service Thank you. Love Uxbridge.

I came in to the Uxbridge location last week and had a couple of issues with my current phone. The person behind the counter was super helpful to me and was able to fix my problem. Even with COVID, she was able to follow protocols to help me while keeping me safe. I appreciate the kindness of the staff here will definately go back to this location for all my phone needs.

Had to replace a phone and the rep was very helpful and courteous. He even transferred my contacts to the new phone. In and out in about 20 minutes! Very happy.

Went in there just the other day and was assisted by Cindy the Manager. She was super helpful and let me know about some pretty cool products they had like a speaker that would float on water. Definitely know that I will be back to see her when I need help!

Went in to upgrade my phone and this store did not disappoint as usual. Cindy, the store manager, was absolutely amazing! Could not have had a better experience. Completely painless and she definitely went the extra mile for me. Will continue to use this location for as long as it's there.

They have good product knowledge, which could be greatly bolstered by further and more extensive customer service training. I'll be sticking with Telus for now. Thank you for your time.

The people who work here are helpful but when I go there always seems to be a lengthy wait as it takes time to serve each customer.
