Rashid is greatly appreciated. He took the time and helped me to port the number that his store did not have anything to do with. It is because I ordered the plan online. One of the numbers ran into the error during the self-serve transfer. Long waiting and talking to Bell support over the phone did not help. I walked into this store out of the desperation. Rashid helped me, saying I do not have to feel sorry for asking the help. After 20 minutes or so of his valuable time, all good. Again thank you very much, Rashid

I was pleasantly surprised with the quick service I received. Farukh my Customer Service Rep.assisted me with the transition of my old phone to the new Bell one. He was courteous, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and relaxed in the store. I would definitely go back and highly recommend them to others.

Never had I thought of such a smooth process opening a new account. I am glad I visited the location. Ms. Aaraani made the entire process so seamless and offered me great deal. I am so happy. Thank You.

Have avoided this location at all costs for years, only to visit on a whim last night. Mohib (sorry about the spelling, if I am off) was a pleasure to work with. In and out with my upgrade in no time, with nothing but positive feedback to share! Thank you, Mohib, for your excellent service.

I needed my bell modem replaced, so I rushed here before they closed and arrived at 840pm to see the gate closed, lights off and no one in sight.

Ridiculous!

Billed $316 for the month?
Customer service was un willing to look into it and threatened me with collections.

Went into the bell store to have some of my questions answered and arman was the one to help me out.arman was very knowledgeable and made me feel like i was in the best hands.definitely an experience that will keep me coming back to bell for the foreseeable future! Thanks arman:)

I had a wonderful experience at this Bell store with an’in-training’ employee named Sadig.
He went far above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me with all aspects of my Bell account.
He was so very helpful and personable.
He is the type of employee employers yearn for.
Would highly recommend Sadig if you need assistance!

Sadig was extremely professional and knowledgable throughout the experience. Huge thanks to him for setting everything up for me!

I went in here and 45 minutes later came out with a brand new Samsung 22 Ultra and a 50GB Canada/US plan for a resonable monthly price. Definitely beats what I was paying at Rogers.

Switched to Bell as my Cell provider (from Rogers). Thanks to the excellent service and technical knowledge of Sadig Ahmed, the process of moving a few lines and a new phone was seamless.

Please do not waste your time coming to this location they look very unhappy to help you and they find every way possible not to. Save yourself the time and call Bell directly I asked three questions and all of them just happened to be sent to just call Bell.

Worst customer service.

They add charges each month told will get a credit never happends.

Will never recommend to anybody
