This review is long overdue, but I wanted to make sure I got it posted! Wahid at the Carlingwood mall store was incredibly helpful and ensured that I got the best deal possible when upgrading my phone. I told him my financial parameters and he not only respected them throughout the process but also diligently compared dozens of plans and combinations so that I would get the most for my money. I cannot speak highly enough of him, thank you again, Wahid!

The sales representative Ali helped my family with porting 4 line over to bell quickly and it was a very pleasant experience

Allison was great. Just starting out but very helpful. Did a very nice job.

Her Manager, dangled a carrot and then took it away. Situation started as a 5, but I can’t give more than a 3. Maybe 2.5. Put me in a position where I felt i needed to take a deal that wasn’t much of a deal. Otherwise the almost 2 hours I spent, would have been wasted.

We have had issues with this store (Carlingwood Mall) before, conning my wife into a gps ipad she didn’t need suggesting it was free while charging her montly fees. Easier to see the see these things when you are not in the position and under pressure. We got out of that one, but it took a lot of effort and registering official complaints.

Next time, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Where I feel less at risk of being preyed upon.

Soni gave us great service on our most recent trip to the Bell Store at Carlingwood Shopping Centre. She was extremely patient and was able to aid us with everything we had needed help with.

I came into the store a little stressed on having to change my SIM card because I transferred to bell from Telus. The gentleman named Wahid was soooo helpful, he guided me through the whole process of transferring over to bell with no problems. Great service. I will be back to see him for a new phone soon.

One of my best experiences when dealing with Bell mainly because of Soni. I needed a new phone and she was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasant person to deal with. Bottom line she knew what she was doing and made the whole process painless.

Shoutout to Soni and Megan for excellent service this evening at the Bell Store in Carlingwood Mall. They were patient and kind as we worked through the changes I needed to make on several different devices. They truly went over and above what any customer would expect in terms of customer service. Outstanding staff at the Carlingwood store. Achala helped me set up my new phone (oh how we waited for the data transfer lol) and did an awesome job. Special shout out to Ammar for troubleshooting a tricky issue & not giving up when solutions weren't working. That's a great test for an employee - and Ammar passed with flying colours! The location is busy but the staff take their time to make sure you're satisfied. Recommend for sure!

Achala, IS A GOD SEND. I came in irrate and confident I knew what I was talking about. She, politely, and awesome-ly calmed me down and got me setup within 30. Customer service goddess.
Pay raise for her is certainly required.

Needed help with an issue on my phone. When I arrived gentlemen was readily available to help and assist me and got my issue resolved quickly! Will recommend this Bell store

Went today twice to change my plan, number and pay a bill. I was told to come back with my passport, which I did. Then to find out the manager who told me to come back said she can’t help me and I have to call support.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience today with Bell. I asked for my wifi to be installed today since my university classes start and I need the wifi to join my online lectures. The appointment to install the wifi was canceled without my knowledge then when I called to ask what time they will be arriving i was told i have to wait 3 more days and the appointment is rescheduled. This is a big problem for me since I am an international student who entered Canada few days back and don’t have enough data to join my lectures. I informed the representative about my situation and they refused to give me any sort of compensation. I do not recommend Bell to any new students or anyone for that matter.

Having dealt with a previous BELL store in Stittisville with poor results, I decided to go to the BELL store in Carlingwood. I was assisted by Megan, who provided professional, courteous and terrific service. All my needs were addressed with satisfying results. A word of warning to anyone reading this.not all Bell Stores are corporate owned, some are private, and those non corporate stores up sell insurance (among other things) which is not recorded on your Bell profile and you will NEVER get it refunded.

Megan was incredible - patiently reviewed options with me for replacing my old phone; willing to go all out to provide me with discounts as a loyal customer, and really worked to make the process as efficient as possible!

Excellent customer service. Was able to with my cell phone provider from Rogers to Bell withers and when problems the staff adapted quickly to solve and complete the switch.

Megan, went above and beyond her duty. And she did very great jobs on install & transfer all information. I highly recommend her.

Upgraded my Samsung S20 to the Note 20 Ultra great phone had prompt service from staff and manager that was working all very polite. Was in an out within 30 minutes with my new device. Thanks!
