I had to get a new phone and I live a little over an hour away from any Bell store. I phoned this store and sorted out a plan and what phone I was getting. I told them I would come the next morning (18 hours later) and they said no problem. I showed up at 9am when they open, go inside to get my phone and my plan had changed $20/month because I waited 18 hours to make the hour drive there. When I shared my concerns they just shrugged their shoulders and said that's the way it is. If they would've given me a heads up that their plans can change at a moments notice I would've been more forgiving. However me taking time out of my very busy schedule to make the drive only to be stuck with an extra $20/month is ridiculous. They should've honored the 18 hour before plan they quoted or told me to come in right away. Very unimpressed with this store, it's not the way you should treat customers. This is the only business in Ontario that can just change their prices at the drop of a hat and not care how it affects customers.

Looking for help due to excessive data use. Waited 10 mins outside EMPTY store. Guy comes out like he's being bothered and asks what my problem is. Then directs me to online tech support. Thanx soo much for the support I expected! Never had a good experience here.

Suella at this location is beyond fantastic - highly recommend! After wasting hours with Bell's call centre and online agents pleading with them to send a technician to our cottage, we were about to give up and cancel all our Bell services. After getting in contact with this store in Bracebridge, Suella had everything sorted out within a few days. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the Muskoka area. Bell needs more people like this.

If I could do 0 I would have never felt with a company that makes a habit of lying to customers and when you call them on it all they give you is sorry having a bad experience was going to switch our cells to bell but after what I have seen in the last week never

As always when I go into the Bracebridge store Suella is amazing, professional and informative. Bell would be smart not to loose that gal!

This is a WPCI store. Been dealing with WPCI for corporate cell service, EPP's, and personal phone, for over 10 years. Great staff, knowledgeable, friendly, and thoughtful.
