Signed me up on a new phone. Paid 500$ deposit then after less then three days after having the phone my service is cut off. They want more money to restore my service when I literally have not even had the service for 3 days and not before Christmas I have no phone. Do not purchase from this location.

Then to get told if I remove my review they will return my device. So happy I was with my laywer when they said this and others.

Thanks to the young man Devin. I don't have any regrets, thanks for the phone. Great salesman. I recommend these guys, they care, and I will be back!

Cameron was awesome. I was able to do a phone upgrade and he helped not only set up my new phone, but helped me transfer everything to my daughter's "new" phone as well. He was pleasant to deal with and made the whole process seemless.

I went into this location on January 23rd and there was this young lady who was very rude and not helpful and clearly didn’t know what she was doing and instead of asking her coworkers or manager for help she started making stuff up. I went in to trade in an Apple Watch then do an upgrade and she started to tell me bell doesn’t do trade ins for Apple Watches when we got told so by a bell representative over the phone and it says so on their website. I then pull up the information of where it says they do on the website and she then goes and talks to her manager in the back who we got told was in a meeting and couldn’t come talk with us. She then says this location only can’t do trade ins because it doesn’t work on their system. She also stopped what she was doing with us to go hug and chat with someone walking by that she knew. Very rude and unprofessional.

Sarah B.at Westmount was kind, helpful, reassuring, organized and very very knowledgeable. She walked us through the proper steps, while answering questions and clearly explaining. I look forward to returning to the Westmount store in the future. The experience was extremely pleasant!

We visited Westmount Bell and were served by Sarah Barber. We changed phones and updated the account. Sarah was very personable and knowledgeable dealing with two seniors. It was a pleasure dealing with her. This type of employee is becoming a rarity.

Fantastic. Firstly, the young lady was thorough and unbelievably helpful with all my questions. Also, she was genuinely friendly which really made my day. It is not often that you meet in the sales industry that are so genuine. I would definitely advise anyone to visit this shop.

Patricia (store manager) was extremely informative, helpful, patient and supportive in our new phone upgrade. She took the stress and fatigue out of the equation for us and made it a very pleasant experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Bell and more specifically dealing with Patricia.

We had a wonderful Bell mobility store agent helping us at the Bell Westmount location in London, Ontario. Her name was Maria Martinez, she was polite and extremely helpful in explaining the phones, new updated contract details and assisting us in a quick but very thorough tutorial on how to use my wife’s new phone. She was superb, I would recommend anyone to use this location when in the market to buy a new phone, and to ask for Maria.

Had a great experience with Eric at the Bell Store in Westmount Mall, in contrast the experience over the phone with Bell was horrendous! I would like compensation since Bell made 3 mistakes and i had to goto the store to get it fixed.

I never write reviews about places but I have honestly never been so upset with a service. I came into the store to look into changing from rogers to bell and I had to wait literally over 20min to be seen! I came into the store and the one associate was busy with another customer. I'm waiting and waiting and than the manager came out and she left! The literally told the associate (in front of me!) she was leaving early while I was waiting for service! I asked her if she could help me before she left and she said that I would have to wait until the other person could help me and she was just the manager so she didn't do all the sales. She was extremely rude to me and to the other associate. I felt so bad for the other person she just abandoned in the store. What kind of manager does that? Extremely unprofessional and rude. Never coming back to this store.

Maria helped me out a lot today! I had brought in my old phone to trade for a new one today, she helped my nana and I out with everything! She was amazing and I had no issues with my phone this time. Everything worked out very smoothly and she was a very big help, thank you!

Served by Manager, Patricia Reif, in purchasing new Samsung phone, trading in old Samsung phone. Patricia presented well, was patient and understanding of her customer's needs, and communicated clearly throughout. She sought a phone case from several sister stores until she succeeded. Despite the challenges posed by masking and ambient noise, she ensured that I understood her clearly. And she stayed an hour late to set up my new phone! Patricia is a credit to this Store and shows promise for future success with Bell. A genuine pleasure to deal with.

Whatever the stars out of 5 or all stars count as perfect my experience with bell store was excellent. The male server Eric listened intently to me and looked me right in the eyes, was very knowledgeable, polite, taught me many things, transferred all my info from other IPad, got the best deals he could do for me, explained in detail about financial responsibilities.

Can’t say enough about the excellent service.

Went into this store today to get my mom setup on an older phone that was given to her by a family member. We were taken care of by Mike, the store manager. I cannot say just how awesome he was. Not only did we share our tattoo stories but he then spent over an hour on the phone with Rogers trying to get the phone unlocked, and in the end, he succeeded. While it was frustrating dealing with Rogers, Mike remained respectful and polite. He set up the phone exactly how we needed, and got her a deal as well. We were so thrilled that he did this for us, we probably would have given up long before he did. I would gladly go back to this store and deal with Mike for any Bell needs, and recommend him to others.

I upgraded 3 iPhones on April 1 to take advantage of a text Bell sent me for free AirPods. I went to the store 1 hour after opening and saw the signs advertising this. Halfway through the upgrade process I asked about the AirPods and was told the offer expired March 31. No where in the Bell text does it say that and the store was still advertising that offer.
Long story short neither Bell or this store would honor the advertisement.

A lot of changes were made - be phones - new cases - new chargers. All content was transferred from old to new phones - passwords checked. All seems to have gone well. The time and effort was much appreciated. Bell is the best. Thanks, Joel.
