As per bell service. It's horrible as usual. Sophia can't do anything the computer doesn't say. So I couldn't return a devise. Girl you need thinker skin, you are the example then getting participation medals don't help for nothing.bell is useless

Recently I purchased a new iPhone 14 from bell store in Saint Laurent, and Tushar the person who works in that store was very helpful to me and he gave me good pieces of advice.

They kicked us out because they thought I was making a joke about my father dying in a car accident. It’s already been hard enough on our family without people like him making it worse. I just made a joke about Monopoly money and they told me to come back with my dad. I feel Extremely upset. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Went to upgrade my phone and Elly was an absolutely gem. She went above and beyond to help me with picking my phone and was so clear in her communication. She made sure understood every step that was being taken, every charge to the account and even offered help in regards to phone care. She was so patient and answered all of our questions and really made the whole experience pleasant and stress free.

Well I had a appointment for 11 this am. They did not take me till 11: 30. On top of it all they never help me upgraded my phone.they almost kick me out so they can go to the next customer. Nice Job. NOT.they will never ever see me in that store again.

I went to the Bell store yesterday to switch over from Rogers after the big outage of 2022 (well actually second if you count the storm) and Aman was extremely helpful.

Not only did he make signing up super easy and fast but he even beat the price of the competitors for the cost of the phone.

I’ve heard mixed things about Bell but everyone at the St Laurent location in Ottawa were friendly and welcoming.
