I highly recommend the Bell - Georgetown location. Armel MacDonald was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He got our phones fully operational and was able to answer all of our questions.

Not the place to go for technical support. Their resolution is always that you need to buy a new phone from them.

I highly recommend this Bell store! Store Manager Shuvam is amazing and helped me transfer all of my data to my new phone. He was extremely kind and walked me through the entire set-up process and ensured I understood everything about my new device. He also provided excellent advice about using my device while away on vacation! An excellent store with excellent service!

Andrew at the Georgetown bell Centre helped us recover our old phone number (it was still available) by calling customer service directly for us so we weren’t put on hold. Once recovered he saw how old my first generation cell phone was and found us an affordable new phone and less expensive plan than we were previously on. But where he went over and above in his duties was where he helped walk me through recovering my old email that I needed because it was associated with so many government and personal contact points. He very patiently showed us the basics of how to use the new phone as well. We are customers for life!

Andrew made our experience so great, and he was highly customer focused. He was so swift, and completed the entire account setup/migration process like a breeze.

Very friendly store / productive employees in general.

Georgetown, Shuvam Singh was great help! I went in to change my number he upgraded my number; helped me change my plan too! It was so helpful, he helped me set up everything making sure my number was working before leaving. Shuvam also help me set up crave tv!
Shuvam has great customer service & even when he was on lunch he came running when he saw me walk in! He is very respectful of his customers. I appreciate all his hard work! ** Need more bell reps like him **

Asked the man in the store if I would be charged if I didn’t hand in my phone. He said no. I was charged $300. Amy from Bell calls me today, asking about my experience. I relay the information. She says their mistake was due to “it being the last day of my contract”. And provided no help except to tell me to sell it. What an awesome way to mend a mistake! - not. I would steer clear of bell and especially this location

I will begrudge that I came 30 minutes before closing but I only needed a verfication, two people working only one person capable of actually doing the job apparently.they are legitametly paying for a doorman and the person who is working just told me to leave because they were too busy there was two customers in the store absolutely embarassing just close the store completely we'd be better off with a mall kiosk.

Visit store around two months ago. Shubam goes above and beyond to port my sim to bell from other app based operator which other bell stores are declining because they dont know how to do it. I explained to shubam how this thing work because i have experience of this field and he did same way and things goes smoothly and quickly. Totally satisfy with their service

Great service at this location. Friendly and professional.
T. Temitope was amazing. She was learning herself and I was very happy with her service. The other staff were also very good about answering questions and giving advice.
This is my third time at this location and will return again when needed.

The service here was great! Sema was the employee that was working and she went above and beyond when it came to service. She researched different iPhones for me and actually found me a better deal as to another deal I was about to take over the bell customer care online. Thank you again Sema for the great service!

It’s fair to say this location has the BEST customer experience. Had technical difficulties with the eSim - oddly, many customers service representatives at other locations weren’t familiar with how to effectively troubleshoot.

Specifically Sema and Alexander exhausted all resources (thankfully they’re beyond patient) they definitely worked as if it were their own situation! If it wasn’t for them I would have abort Bell service.
