My husband and I went into Bell to upgrade our phones and mobile plans. Jacob dealt with us and even stayed overtime to make sure everything was taken care of. Due to mistakes on my end, I went in 2 more times to get things figured out and Jacob helped me with immense patience and knowledge. Even though it was super busy due to black Friday, he was upbeat and super helpful. Jacob FTW

August 30 or September 1 a disabled Bell customer had brought her new Bell Corporate bought iPhone to this store. Being blind and deaf she had requested help from the Bell franchise employee after standing 2 hours in the store to be helped. The Bell franchise employee installed the Bell sim card. When the disabled person asked for help to set the phone up. The response was "this is a Bell franchise we do not provide support or help to Bell corporate customers. Well Bell Corporate you have allot of work to do in this store. This mind set should be fired and the franchisee should move on to a more manageable career like a Dickie Dee popsicle stand. Ignorance against disabled people should be a zero tolerance.

Great customer service. Devon was very pleasant and made sure everything was good to go. He sent a follow up text as well, confirming the new plan was updated correctly.

Matt provided excellent service: good advice with a very friendly manner. I have worked with him before and always enjoyed the encounters.
As with the other customers, I think there should be coffee service.

After this visit I set up my Bell plan with 20 GB and even cheaper than I had the prepaid, thank you Jacob for the great and knowledgeable service!

Highly recommend to anybody looking to get into a new phone! Today Jacob re-worked our whole mobility package and got us additional services! Blown away by the service by the staff at this store. Five stars without a doubt!

Joe was great! What a knowledgeable young man and so professional. He made the experience of getting a new phone so much fun. I am 71 and find getting new devices stressful. However, not today, when dealing with Joe. Thanks for such a great experience! Wendy James
