Just got off the phone with the most amazingly helpful staff member named Jessie Wilkinson. She was fast and efficient - got me a great deal and there was no pressure to add into the other offers.

I highly recommend asking for her by name.

Jessie was one of the most friendly and helpful reps that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She took a very difficult and frustrating situation and found a solution right away where 6 Bell call centre reps could not.

When I set up my phone (December 27 2022)
I paid the 50$ fee in store, I paid using cash because it is all I had on me at the time.my phone bill comes to 154.05$ when it should only be 85$
I am aware that typically the first bill is more expensive, because typically you have the phone payment, the bill and the start up fee.  however, I bought the phone and paid in full and I already paid the start up fee in person.
 well, I was looking at the receipt I got from the guy that set it up. There was no charge on the receipt.
This guy likely pocketed the money I paid him for the start up fee (which is what I was told it was for), and I have to pay it again now
 and because I paid in cash there is no proof
Bell’s stone road mall store location was awful and did nothing to help me figure this out. Instead, they told me there was no manager available that I could speak to I went in four times this past week to deal with it.
One person even told me it would be two weeks before I can speak to a manager, they gave no help or advice in going about viewing video footage, proving that I did, in fact pay. Given that this is the first phone bill I have had in my name I was not aware that you don’t pay in store, this is when I turned to Facebook for help
Upon posting on Facebook, I was given tons of advice, but also received many comments from people who have experienced similar things at this location
Such a horrible experience, and would absolutely not recommend this location to anyone. In fact, I would recommend they avoid this location at all costs.

This morning (January 8 2023)
I was able to call bell mobility, it took all of five minutes to deal with the situation and have that charge and the taxes removed.
I was told that this would be sent to the higher ups and there will be a full investigation into this location, and specifically into the employee that I dealt with.
The associate that I dealt with on the phone for Bell mobility was incredible and very helpful. He was able to help me figure out my problem very fast, He was able to remove the charge and he was able to report the problem for me.
Although so beyond thankful this issue has since been resolved I am still beyond upset by the experience I had with bells stone road mall store location and more people need to be aware.

Charlotte was incredibly helpful and made my experience amazing. What a great store. She went over and above to ensure that I received top notch customer service. I was incredibly impressed and I will be sure to keep by business with Bell thanks to her.

Couldn't assist with my account in store, directed online, then over hour on phone with them. Very overpriced. After being loyal customer for 14yrs never complained, customer service so poor I cancelled my services. Rogers went out of way to get me what I needed at much much lower price! *Please see my review history - they have to have been horrible to get this low score.
