After having several disappointing experiences with Virgin Plus Online services as well as with Best Buy and Walmart, a representative at Bell Mobility 's Milton location on Maple Rd.solved all of my problems and concerns. I didn't get the service clerk's name but she was terrific! Thank you.

If you guys can't train your Philippines call center than stop charging that high. I seriously couldn't even understand anything and they kept saying call your bank your credit card expired. I had been on pre-auth payments since years and my credit card expiry is in 2 years from now but the agent kept on saying your card is expired call bank.the amount of money that you take with the service you give.

I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Micky when i encountered some challenges with Samsung Voice input. His expertise and patience truly made a significant difference in my experience. What impressed me the most was his willingness to answer all my questions no matter how basic they were. Thank you for the assistance.

Horrible experience trying to get a replacement sim card. First the employee gave my family member an invalid sim and then after hours on the phone to customer service and another trip back to this location they put her through the ringer trying to get her name on the family account before they finally gave her the sim card. Should be a simple fix not a two day event.

Very expensive internet packages. In some Milton areas, there isnt any high speed avaliable coz you guys havent setup new lines or upgraded your infrastructure. Glad that i have switched to other providers. 4 times the speed for the same price. Pethat bc.

Bell Canada has gone downhill. They, use to be good. I tried getting a Bell home phone. They, were going to offer it to me for $40.00 a month. I was told for that price, I could only get incoming calls. I can't call out. And, customer service sucks!

My experience was excellent. The associate that I worked with was friendly, helpful, and patient. They informed me about all of the different things Bell has to offer, and helped me to get all set up with my new phone. Incredible experience and I would definitely recommend the store to anyone!

I went to get a prepaid sim card and associate explained me all the details I needed at that time and ask me if he can follow up with me after month to see if everything is working fine and I said yes for sure. I was not accepting if he's going to call me back but he did and offer me amazing Canada is plan which I switch after amazing staff super customer service very nice people thank you bell

This store deserves 0 stars. Customer service is lacking severely. The associates were rude and short with me. The door wouldn't open, despite following the instructions on the paper. So the associates inside stared and smirked at me as I struggled to even get in. It honestly felt racially motivated.

Once inside I mentioned I was looking for a new service provider. I was asked if I had any current services with them, and I told them that my partner has internet/mobility with them. I was told I couldn’t do anything unless my partner was in the store with me. They didn't even bother to ask for an account number or phone number to verify. So I left as it was clear from the onset, that they didn't want to service me from the beginning.

I would avoid this location at Maple Ave in Milton at all costs. The sheer lack of interest in obtaining a new customer clearly meant very little to them.

The customer service staff in the store were helpful and patient in answering the questions. Even though my issue is not resolved, Michelle was very helpful in addressing things that were at her disposal.

If I could give the staff here a minus rating I would! I have been a loyal Bell customer for over 10 years and their customer service is usually great. I was so disappointed by the staff at this location on Maple Ave, Milton. Extremely unprofessional, lacking product knowledge and unaware of their own inventory. Wasted my time going in there to replace my phone with a cracked screen. The phone I wanted wasn't available so they told me that their manager will call the next day to discuss. He never called. Wasted my time again and went in to speak to the manager who said he would call me in a few days about the phone & new plan.it has been 2 months so I stopped waiting for this unprofessional, uncaring manager to call me. What a poor, poor example of leadership, or lack of it at this location. I guess my business wasn't needed or important enough and their sales are through the roof so no need to waste time on customer service or additional sales. Don't waste your time going to this location.

Initially when I installed the Bell Internet 2 months ago I was not getting a good range in my house and the Bell technicians told me that fibre modems cannot be relocated and I had to buy pods. Please beware if you own 3 storey townhouses (or have usable area greater than 2000 sq.ft.). The new modems do not cover the entire range. When I reached out the customer service team they did offer me a resolution. Still giving 4 stars and would recommend that the company train the sales staff on some of the new technicalities to ensure that there is no inconvenience to customers.

Worst customer service I have experienced, the man “assisting me” didn’t seem to want to help me, even though over the phone they said they could perform that service at the store. The Main Street location was so much better, so sad that they closed.

I'm sharing this feedback with reference to my recent interactions with Sales Team for Home Internet. The whole approach and their communication was driven by their indifference in their attitude - I spoke to 2 different people. They did not care if the customer is seeking a better solution. One of them also said that I should have taken the deal when it was being offered. It made me feel that the customer doesn't matter to them. I got a feeling that they have this don't care attitude and more so because of the monopolistic approach in the region. I had to opt out. They think that the customer doesn't have a choice. I would say that they are wrong and living in a different world. Disruptions will happen and customers will move out.

After having nothing but difficulties calling Bell to connect my new phone. I ordered on line. Badar in the Milton store entered my phone number and told me the problem. He was so helpful. 4 phone calls and heightened IT each call and Badar was able to ID the issue. No more bell online. In person in Milton from now on. Thanks Badar!

They are good at resolving bell network issues. I have been using the Bell mobile since last year, last week I faced an issue with my eSIM and received a poor response from Bell customer service calls & chat, they requested me to convert my eSIM to a physical SIM and I had to go to this store. Anna understood my issue and helped me in the whole process and reactivated my number. She is a pro and professional, and commendable. Thank you!

Had a great experience. Went and called multiple stores as in the system somehow our address didn't show up and we couldn't schedule the home internet set up. On top of that the other store in town was trying to push products on me that I didn't want, and they were just wasting my time.
When I walked into this store, I met Saad. What an excellent employee! He provided amazing customer service. Very polite and professional. He offered me products I needed and went over and beyond to find the glitch in the system. Thanks to him Bell has a new, happy customer! Thank you Saad! Bell is lucky to have employees like him.
