Just got a new phone and was so confused with what to upgrade to. Frank was very patient with me and knowledgeable. I feel he got me the best deal and I’m very happy with my purchase:)

Rupesh and Saima really helped to get the better plan on iphone 15 and are very friendly. Really love how they help me. Must visit the place one time.

Do not believe the 5 star reviews, they are fake. Terrible customer service, not sure if it is the store policy or Bell's policy. But in my case, the store manager Frank Mangano and employee "Ariana", refused to perform a modem replacement because my name did not show as a authorized user on a family account. Even though multiple customer service agents on call verified that I am an authorized user. The store manager refused to accept because it did not show my name on the store's version of internal website.
Although the store has the ability to call Bell directly to verify because the store is incapable and has shady staff that steals products, they couldn't take the chance to take my old modem because they have no way of "linking" it to me. Even though they have the account number.
I went to the Guelph Bell store, they did it no issues. To the lady that was servicing me, I hope you find yourself one day in my situation and know just how inconsiderate you were. Typical Brampton behavior, do not go to this Bell store in Shoppers world Brampton. Go to the Guelph Bell store atleast they are Canadian run.
