I would like to say that Joe Zei, team leader at the Windsor Bell center went above and beyond his job requirement to help me with my phone. I had an issue with my new phone, and Joe worked with me for five months to make sure that I was reimbursed. In fact, Joe has offered to continue to assist me until October, when I finally finish.
If you are looking for a new phone, I highly recommend that you seek Joe's expertise and professionalism at the Bell Center (23 Amy. Croft Dr, Windsor). You will not be disappointed or forgotten.

Thank you Joe Zei for everything! You demonstrated 'Customer Service' at the highest level possible!

I can't speak highly enough about how good and informative the service was. It was so nice to get answers to the questions I had in a very quick and efficient manner. Would recommend to anyone.

Nathalie was a fantastic Rep, she was able to help me find the right plan, right phone and right price! I couldn't be happier.

I was helped by a lady named Nathalie Dallaire. Not only she was profesional and patient, but she was also helpful and resourceful.

She went beyond her working hours to help me and my wife. I was on the phone with the Telus EPP for almost 3 hours without success while Nathalie helped me figure out the issue from the other carrier on my account quickly by emails.

I am really happy with the experience.

Natalie was a huge help with getting me signed up for a new plan + phone. She was able to answer all my questions and she was extremely polite. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had with Bell in regards to customer service. 10/5 stars

Joe and Natalie (not 100% on the spelling of their names) but that’s besides the point! They were the bestest help! SO SO Kind and professional. Joe set up my new phone plan for me within a few minutes so I was in and out very quickly. Very happy with my service! Highly recommend them:)

Updated my employee plan with bell and confirmed with them multiple times that the discount would be applied. Not only was it not applied causing me to pay 50$ a month but they charged me for a month on the plan before I even started it. They have zero customer service and no knowledge of their own products. I would recommend any other company over bell.
