Had a great experience at this location with Millie. She was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She stayed an hour past closing to ensure all the data from our phones transferred over to our new phones. We are happy with the service we received but also with our new phones.

I had an issue with my Bell sim card and came to this location, which is very convenient for me, and easily accessible. The store is well organized and neat. I had Bell's associate Abdul assisting me and he made sure, my issue was resolved; he was knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate his work and thank you!

After searching different providers for internet and tv package, I met Zac who was more than excellent in his job! He was willing to answer all my questions in detail and explain me the whole procedure. He provided me with alternative plans and made me feel sure that I am picking the best package for me! Alex was the most helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure my Aunt had her phone issues taken care of in a timely manner.

We have been trying to get a Bell Home Security System over the phone with the Bell sales reps and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences ever. Not only did they not have any real knowledge on the products, they also lied about the offers and one of them even hang up when I asked some questions on the services.

We then decided to go to the Bell center at Bayview Village and see if we have better luck. Thank Goodness we ran into Alex! He was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful to us. As a result, we also added a lot of other services and spent almost 2 hours with him. It was one of the most pleasant experience we had and I highly recommend anyone who needs help to go find him.
