Had the pleasure to work with Amanee of the Burlington Bell store. After a week of nightmare transfers of my services to Bell, Amanee approached me with a broad, friendly style and after listening to my horrendous experience thus far,
took a can do attitude and reassuringly, effectively and successfully transferred my mobile services. She stayed with me while I dealt with their remote customer care offices. She was extremely knowledgeable, capable, quick and most of all patient and empathetic to my poor experience to date. A negative experience turned around thanks to Bell’s Burlington Store’s outstanding customer specialist. Thank you Amanee for all you did for me today. Reta Marranca

I enjoyed an hour with both Amanee and Omar at the Bell center at Burlington mall. They were both fun and knowledgeable in my dealings with them and that is one of the reasons I have stayed with Bell for over 50 years. I would highly recommend this store, these people and Bell in general. THANK YOU!

I went in on Black Friday to check out the deals. Even though the staff clearly had their hands full with customers, I was helped promptly by Eric. He made it such a pleasant experience - very knowledgeable and caring, and went out of his way to make sure I was 100% happy with my package. I’ve been dealing with Bell for 20+ years, and customer service like this makes me stay. I walked out with a new phone and a new plan, and I’m really happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend this store, and Eric.

Had a fantastic experience with Patrick & Eric. I was able to upgrade my phone and get a better deal. They were awesome and knowledgeable and really cared about the customer. Best experience I’ve had with a phone company yet! Will travel great distances to be helped by these gentlemen again!

Two employees standing around doing nothing claimed they couldn't help me. So I sat on a bench outside the store and cancelled service using the chat function on the app. Buh-bye Bell!

We had such a wonderful experience with Amanee at this location. She was very helpful, friendly, and extremely kind to my father. She helped us pick out the perfect phone for him in a timely manner, and in a way that was easy for us both to understand. We will come back here again.
