Roman was excellent at getting us all set up with 2 new phones and helped us switch over from old to new.super knowledgeable and helpful.

Same as the other location, their employee didn't even bother himself to look at my documents, he called customer service where she was asking to call her back when my phone got stolen, if I have a phone, I won't come to your store at all

Unprofessional stuff and totally no respect for customer. They can’t control woh came first and just set at the end.

Had to return two phones recently at the end of our contracts, went to Bell store at Cloverdale (twice!), and both times left with my phones, as staff weren't able to get it done. The next day, went to Sherway Gardens store - Constante was very patient, professional, and spent over 30 mins.until the returns were processed. Thank you and well done!

Staff was great. Had a few issues but they were all willing to help out and was able to give me the advice and info I needed. Constante was a great help

Salesman tried to help me, but could not help with my Visa gift card verification. Bell is really messed up with different sites, phone, cable, internet are all separated from each other. Spent over 2 hours and got absolutely no where!
