Bell

I am a fairly new Bell customer and had an unfortunate experience very early on. After almost 2 months of back and forth and stress I came into this Bell location had INCREDIBLE assistance and patience with Ederick who fixed everything! He is very experienced and knew more than customer service did. He had an easy solution and took the time to connect to someone who could do it and set me up. I am a very satisfied customer.

Today was amazing. I came in with a lot of problems With my phone I met a Young lady named Stephanie and she was able my issues with my phone. She was so good that she talked me into switching plans to a monthly which I was never eager to do before until I met Stephanie. Come to the Ajax location. She's amazing they all are.

I was so please at the bell Ajax store today Shika was my assistant an she help me very well am so please with her service I will definitely visit the store again

Went to this store yesterday. I inquired about getting my Galaxy Watch 6 Classic setup with Bell using LTE service where I would be able to use my own phone number using numbershare from my phone and the gentleman said, "It was not possible, only that I would be getting a dedicated phone number and I would had to have my phone with me along with my watch in order to use the data and make calls on it. " This is not true. There would be no point of using LTE if that's the case - you would just utilize the bluetooth on the watch to do that. He even called his so called "help desk" and said the same thing. He was willing to help me activate a line so it's not like he wasn't trying to help me but a bit of more research should have been done or more training from Bell.

Once I got home I called Bell and the lady on the phone said, "You're able to activate LTE service on your Galaxy Smartwatch with numbershare". So then, I ended up calling the Bell store at Pickering Town Centre and they told me that 100% you can do this.

So I went to the mall, got my watch activated on numbershare and it's working PERFECTLY! I can leave my phone at home and make calls on the go!

I came in and transferred my data at this location, and the staff were great to deal with. Thank you
