I came to the Bell back in June 2023 to update my phone to a new one and Derek was really helpful. I’ve always had a issues when calling Bell operators as they would say one thing and then my bill would show something different. I was really happy with Derek at Upper Canada Mall so we came back this evening to upgrade my husband’s phone. Derek was patient with all our questions which is why we came back this evening.

I had many issues on the phone with Bell but Lorenzo at upper canada mall bell store managed to not only solve my problems but gave me a great deal. Thank you Lorenzo and Derek for all of your help today!

I went there once again today. Another rep greeted me nicely and completed my request in a few minutes. Natalie was super professional and helping.

The rep was the most disrespectful person I’ve ever met. A man who ignores the presence of customer for such a long time and upon asking carelessly talks about his coworker being in washroom who didn’t show up after 25 minutes waiting.
I’m so sorry for people with this kind of rude behavior. Where are they heading?

Derek helped me select a new phone, explained the financial arrangements and transferred my information to the new phone. He was very helpful, professional and sociable. I had difficulty getting Android Auto running with my car and new phone and a couple of days after the purchase Reggie spent considerable time getting that phone connected to my car. I was impressed with his patience and technical skill as he searched for a solution which was useful for me. Thanks Derek and Reggie. Excellent job both. I will continue my long association with Bell.

Natalie was the worst. She pretended she couldn't see my order so she could recreate the order and get credit for a sale. This took up 1 hr extra of my time. I don't have extra time. This is escalated and will be dealt with.

Very rude and unproffesional customer service. The staff and manager will always try to push you to purchase products and service, as soon as transaction is complete you are completly ignored and asked to "come back another time" Would NOT recommend.

Derek was so so helpful when helping my family switch plans and receive new phones. He was able to help us find what worked for us, while being so so kind.
He was understanding and hilarious! Highly recommend his service! (Bell in mall)

Derek and Lorenzo went above and beyond to help me with my mothers cell phone port. It was a 3 hour ordeal - not Bells making but another provider and they were incredibly helpful. Also an aside question about my mothers TV having no sound gave way to a "hmmm try this when you are home" and it worked! Thx guys, see you in a few weeks when Mom is moving.
