The sales representative named Monor at Bell at Eaton Centre was very reliable and educated in the plants that bell had. He was really friendly and had excellent customer service would I would recommend this be store and customer service Wound representative to anyone and my family members.

Just finished my visit at the Bell store here. Was looking to get a new cell phone plan. Had visited Fido, Telus, Koodo, and rogers, and none of them were willing to work with me, offer me anything competitive, or even interested in signing me up as a new customer. However, went into the Bell store, and immediately Joshi was willing to help, and set me up with the best plan, for the best price, got my number and phone set up, all within 15 minutes. Best customer service I’ve experienced at a cell phone provider. 5/5 stars. If you need something done, go to Joshi at Bell.

Fairan, Jersey and phili, we not helpful at all so disrespectful I tried to return my phone they kept saying never paid protection on my phone, I tried to show them my bill from my phone both philli and fairan was ignorant enough to take the time and check that I used to pay. And jersey is the manager of the store, I went towards jersey and tried to explain the situation and he was still being ignorant then I asked for a site or link where I can put feedback on and he kept saying he can’t provide that. The manager was also ignorant when I kept trying to explain my issue he didn’t want to listen at all. Bell is the worst provider from my experience! I’m glad that I have Roger’s now!

I had an issue with esim and customer service raised an incident saying they will call within 48hrs. I couldn’t wait that long with any type of network. I went to the Bell store in eaton centre at level 2 and explained my problem. One of the guy named “Stephan” told me that they cannot do anything. He was just standing there talking with their colleagues and not helping out customers to resolve their problem. I went to another bell store at level 1 Eaton Centre where an associate named “Hamza” helped me out despite being alone in the store resolving many customers problem.

*Never visit Level 2 bell store* They are just lazy people who don’t want to help customers and just blame it on the customer call support. Worst service at Bell Level 2 Eaton Centre and Best customer service at Bell Level 1 Eaton Centre

Helped by Joshi, who resolved several issues with our phones, one of which involved a SIM that could not be converted by another associate, Bell call centre, or by associates at the Apple Store. He provided straightforward explanations too. Less than 5 minutes to address all of our issues—bravo!

Awesome service by Waleed at Bell Dundas. Moving from Fido, I was having issues to port my number. Waleed was very busy with customers but none the less spent a good 4 hours on my case to get it sorted (no joke). He is the guy if u want good service! He also called me the next day to make sure everything was smooth sailing! He is a very good person and does not push u. For him it was all about solving my problem and I appreciate that very much! Registered two mobile plans for myself and my boyfriend with Hamza’s help. He was professional and helpful.
