Went to switch plans to Bell and purchased two new phones. Our sales associate Krysta was unbelievably helpful. She was very knowledgeable and courteous and went above and beyond our expectations!

My phone was stolen while traveling in Europe. I went to the Bell Centre at Fairview Mall in Kitchener to replace it. Stephen M, the manager, assisted me. I'm not a ludite but also not a technowiz. Stephen very patiently listened to my needs, questions and concerns. He provided plain language explanations and details and answered my questions fully. The experience was painless.all but for the costs - especially in the Canadian mobile service network! Even with cost, Stephen provided as many promotional reductions as I was eligible for, for which I am most grateful. On a rating scale of 10, I'd give Stephen a 12 for his product knowledge, customer service skill and assistance. Thanks Stephen.you made my day and this purchase easy.

“Krysta” was courteous, professional and efficient. A pleasant experience for a guy not big on technology following a budget.

I met Simon Federau, Erika and Shawn, they helped me with my complete setup of mobility. Also provided me with whole bunch of information and helped to choose suitable plan for me.

The associate there is from Gujurat, india, and he was acting all mighty and showing way too attitude. When asked him to change my sim from fido to bell. He gave me their customer care number. That was too disrespectful. Also, i changed to rogers and was eligible for 10 lines! I would say he needs to be fired! My friend also had the same experience with him. This guy spoiled Bell for me!

I recently visited the Bell and had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they had a wide selection of phones and accessories. I highly recommend it!

Aleksej A Sales representative at Fairview Park Mall location was so easy to work with and I was virtually in and out of the Bell store in 15 minutes. Everything he said was exactly as it is on the bills and there were no surprises. Going back to Bell after 25 years with Rogers.

I recently had an exceptional experience with a customer service representative that left me thoroughly impressed her name was krysta. I had encountered an issue with a product I purchased online, and I reached out to her for assistance. From the moment I connected with her, their professionalism and dedication were evident. They patiently listened to my concerns, asked pertinent questions to understand the problem fully, and reassured me that they would do everything possible to resolve the issue promptly. Eventually I decided to also move to bell she was very knowledgeable about everything and helped me a lot. I wish i could write multiple great reviews for her because she deserves it. Thank you

Visited this store to start a new plan and in the middle of transferring my old number the system had an issue so the bell rep had to call their support who was asking me audit type questions about the history of my account which had now been lost due to the system error. What was supposed to last 15 mins turned into a 2+ hours visit. Customer next to me was also on the phone with support and unhappy. I would not recommend Bell based on this experience.

Erika and Simon were great at helping my husband and I with upgrading our phones. Simon is super attentive and answered all of our questions, and even recommended some great promotions that we weren't aware of. Definitely recommend this location!

Went to Fairview Bell and was helped by Krysta a few days ago and she gave fantastic customer service. I had some billing issues and she took her time to explain each concern and even lowered my bill!

I have been dealing with bell over the phone through out the past week. I had terrible experiences. But after coming to the bell store at Fairview mall I felt a lot better. Erika is the manager of the store and all thought I did not deal with her, l directly I had Simon and GP helping me. They were both great guys and were very nice, respectful and patient. I will only be going there from now on for any phone/electronic purchases. If you are with bell I would recommend dealing with one of those 3 people.

I wish I can give 0 star. They never asked the consent for credit bureau check and suddenly I am getting to know that there is hard inquiry made. They have to inform their clients before taking signature that there will be credit bureau check and they rush you to sign there and here and obviously you don’t get a chance to read 3-4 page of agreement while standing at the store. Neither I bought any plan for any device and neither I applied for any credit just applied for monthly plan, WORST CUSTOMER service.

Aleksej is incredibly knowledgeable; I would highly recommend him if you're looking to switch from another provider or upgrade your phone/services.

Despite that I renewed with Rogers less than a month ago, he helped me and quickly found the solution. He singlehandedly changed my opinion about the quality of service Bell provides.

My wife and I have been coming to this location for 8 years and always gets amazing customer service. Specifically today, Aleksej did not hesitate to stay longer with me and my wife as her phone was doing a data transfer. He was happy to help as long as needed with a smile on his face, this is something we will never forget. Thanks Aleksej for your wonderful customer service!
