Service was great when purchasing the new 15 pro max.
Unfortunately today it was on the opposite side of the spectrum.
As a business owner I understand that everyone has off days.
Today I had hoped to exchange the 15 pro max for the 14.
I have experienced complete freezing and screen glitches.
I am within my 15 days with another 5 to go.
I was spoken to with such disrespect and felt degraded. It was not what was said but the tone. Very condescending speaking to me as if I couldn’t afford it. Laughing at me with his co worker exclaiming it’s only a 5$ difference.
He examined the phone and there are 2 scratches and informed me I cannot do an exchange. I said I would gladly pay to have it replaced which is covered by my AppleCare+ and the warranty I have through bell aswell.
He argued with me about my coverage and said apple might not take the phone as an exchange because the screen has been replaced.
Money is not the issue. To run a business I need a product that works efficiently.
When I purchased my phone I was explaining to my husband how technologies differ from iPhone to android. He was so impressed he asked me if I wanted a job. Today the same person treated with a complete lack of respect.
In sales it’s our job to make our customers feel comfortable and to create a genuine connection to help secure recurring business.

Jist have to give Hannah and Jaimz from Bell in Orillia Square Mall a great review for service beyond the norm. Helped me out of a bad situation with information and advice. Fantastic customer service.

Michael McFarland was an amazing help. He got us upgraded to our new phone at the end of our 2 year lease and it was easy and went flawlessly, he made great conversation and made our time go by as quickly as it could as well as he made it enjoyable. If you ever run into Michael your in good hands and there's no need to worry!

Matthew was absolutely fantastic. He helped me add 2 lines to my account and found a great solution to my plans. He was friendly and professional with great advice! Definitely will go back to his location in future.
UPDATE: Justin helped us get a new phone after we crushed one of ours as well as put together an awesome family plan. Super friendly and helpful. Awesome service again.
