The manager, Simon, was able to great me and listen to my needs right away. He came up with “an outside the box” solution, saving me money and getting us more value for the services retained. Excellent job. Well done. Beyond compare to any other Bell employee I have ever came in contact with. Thank you.

By early Nov 2023 (end of 2-year contract), we will terminate our current Bell Plan (Unlimited Shared 40 USA) and switch to the exact same plan from Rogers Comm, if the cell connectivity is still not improved in Wellington, PEC (our home) by Oct 2023. We used up 90% to 95% of our monthly dataplan when we snowbird in Florida with the partnered service providers in USA but during the summer, we barely can use up to 20% of our 40GB, every month due to very poor cell connectivity in Wellington, PEC where we spend our entire summer with really bad broadband internet dataplan.

Nishimura provided the best customer service at the trenton store. I highly recommend this person to look after all your needs. Great experience!

I had a huge issue with my phone this morning. It kept rebooting. What a pita. However I thought I'll drive into Bell and see what if anything they can do. Upon walking in I was greeted by a friendly woman. Michelle got right to the issue and store manager Blair helped out and found the issue and resolved it. Plus had a note put on file to help out if future issue presents itself again. Then while here I asked about upgrading home internet and Michelle found a great deal and had me set up very quickly with friendly conversation. Truly impressed. Thank you Bell Trenton.
