Our transaction took longer than we expected and Harman spent more time than he should have on the phone sorting out the issues. He was very thorough.

My husband and I brought in 2 open box iPphone12 to the Bell store in Quinte Mall. The manager Simon Bourassa transferred all our apps and data from our previous phones to the new ones at no charge. The bell online technician had told us this would be a $50 charge each and so we were delighted with the free and friendly service provided to us as Bell customers.

Tanner from the Bell phone store in Belleville was excellent and went above and beyond with helping me with my new phone purchase and upgrading my account. He is a great addition to your team. Thanks for all your help Tanner.

From the minute we walked in the smile on all three employees made me feel at home. We had 2 situtation one that to do with bell and my wife cell phone. They guided us in the right track to get it fixed. The other guy had the magic touch with the phone. 2. My car problems wow Mr. Laval 5 kids guided us to candian tire- car was fixed in no time. Honestly you guys all helped us at the store and the neighbor cell guy thank you ro all. That day again the 3 people wen t above and beyond.

The customer service at this location is amazing! I'm very frustrated with Bell but the customer service rep Abhishek helped me with all of my issues.

I pay for bell’s warranty and my phone charging port isn’t working. I went there in hopes they could fix it cause I pay for the warranty. But the staff basically said that they can’t fix what’s wrong with and said I should pay someone else, else where to get it fixed. Why do I pay for the warranty if they aren’t willing to fix my phone. Very poor service on there end, will no longer continue with bell after my plans ends

I can't say enough about the wonderful customer experience I received today. Lee gave me what I feel was the best customer service of my entire life. It's too bad the company itself has some policies that don't seem to make much sense. However, Lee went above and beyond to help and to make things right. She's also pleasant, friendly, and has a wonderful sense of humour. Thank you Lee!

I had come in looking for a new upgrade on my phone and had Thomas M.that took care of me. He was in training and did a great job, he had a wonderful personality. He made me laugh. Good job

Few months back I went to purchase a new phone. Abhishek was the person who assisted me. He went extra-mile to help me understand and chose the best phone with best plan as per my requirements.
He has shown the after purchase service too as few days back I was having doubts about my bill payment. He looked into the bill and help me understand charges and payment. He definitely have the proper knowledge about the bell products. Kudos:)
