Today I accompanied an elderly friend who had bought a cell phone which had to be returned, there was nothing wrong with phone. Don’t want to get into personal details, but he was a senior in his mid 90’s was confused and overwhelmed. The store manager a wonderful young woman, was so kind, understanding and patient we were treated so sympathetically and I did write her name down but my friend misplaced that piece of paper. I just want to give a shout out to the staff who were there on Saturday 28/10/2023 in the am and thank them for their compassion patience and understanding. The manager is a real credit to your company. When I need a new cell phone I will go to her store.

Terminated their service months ago. Since then they turned over a $4 bill to collection agency which is now ballooned to $30 because I refuse to pay. We had $20 credit in the account which was more than enough to cover the $4. They don’t listen to any logic. They just keep calling and threatening every day.

The staff and manager Dhara went over and above to deliver customer service.
Fast, friendly & professional. They were sooo good I’ll likely switch from Rogers to Bell. This is my new Bell store.

August 14/23 was my second visit to the Cloverdale location. Again, as was my first visit, manager Dhara & staff were amazingly friendly and courteous. Dhara spent an hour with me assisting in setting up my WiFi tower (Orbi). She trouble shootted many issues that I certainly wouldn't have been able to do myself. What a wonderfully stress less appointment. Please visit this store for any mobile/computer issues. Thanks again!

Rude, refused to help us because we weren’t offering money and they couldn’t sell a phone to us. My phone under Bell was damaged severely, I just needed a sim card urgently for my safety, as I expressed to the worker. I was very nice and mannered asking for a sim card but he goes on about giving me a better deal for a new phone. When I say that I cannot afford one but need a sim card just for today, his face changes and he makes up an excuse that he cannot sell it to us because of something on his screen that he actually never shows us. He wasted my time and made me late on purpose without giving any help.he told me to call bell while in the bell store to make a minor name change.and when this change did successfully work and the bell phone help told him to continue helping us, Instead he tells us the screen/name change has not updated when we show him our account, used our 4-digit code and completed all security requirements to buy a simple sim card. I did what he asked, called bell to make a small change since he refused to help, and after 40 min, I walked out of Bell without a simple sim card as this Bell worker kept giving us attitude and smiling rudely as if mocking me and my family? He said, “oh it hasn’t updated to my screen yet so i cant actually help you” We proved in every way that it was our account and even called Bell like he told us to. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Their manager closed the door on our face when asked for proof as to why we can’t buy a sim card. No one was doing their job here. He refused to help if we weren’t giving him money, we just needed a sim card bruh.like what.do better. Bell just lost my whole family tree as customers. Someone better come to this location ad fire this cheap rude man.

Long story short, I made a transfer to Fido for a cheaper plan, on the same day, Bell got back to me with an equivalent plan and offered reimbursement over Fido's activation fee so i made 2 account switches in one day. The customer service on phone told me to go to a bell store to pick up a sim at a preset time, so i went, but their system wouldn't allow them to proceed. I had to call bell support again but my phone number was already with bell, i had no service. Gentlemen at this location allowed me to sit at their store, use their store phone to call Bell customer support (which lasted 2 hours +). They helped me to communicate with their call center and was very nice and friendly throughout the whole process. Big thanks to them!

Moesha was so so so helpful when my mom and I went in to ask some questions! She was extremely knowledgeable and had answers for all of our questions, as well as great suggestions for things we were unsure about. Great service and super positive vibes!

I was on call for the whole long day but was not able to solve my problem. When I went to bell store Miguel and Gaurav these guys were great help me with everything and solved my problem. They were so patient and did everything for me, made my experience with bell wonderful

I had the most professional and pleasant experience, given to me by Dhara at Bell at Cloverdale. One concern I have is the lack of seating for both customers and Bell representatives.

I went to Cloverdale mall location. Moesha sales consultant and store Manager Dhara received me with a big smile. I was taken care for switching my phone from Public mobile to bell after 17 years of relationship with them. I am so excited d that I am planning to switch my wife phone too. Great Job by both ladies. Bell should be proud to have employees like them.

I went to the every phone company tonfix my issue with my phone for hours, I went to the bell Cloverdale MOEIN fixed my problem in 2 minutes, so happy that moein has so much knowledge.

What started as a friendly greeting from the bell employee Morin resulted in a great deal I could never have gotten without the hard work and dedication to see through to the end.

Most useless branch ever. The guy who assisted me his name is Moein he never make eye contact which felt that he doesn't have any intention to help me as a customer. He is a Yes and No guy you won't hear any explanation on him at all.
I just find it rude and not a good practice as he has "sales representative" in his name tag.

Just don't go in this branch not worth your time, or better don't go with Bell at all.

The manager at the Cloverdale mall is awesome. She is so helpful and understanding. She takes her time to make sure you understand everything she explained all that I wanted to know. She is a. BEST COSTUMER SERVICE
