Bell

Devon is an angel, an absolute angel.we went into the Bell store on saturday after having called bell customer service several times and not been helped at all. The store was busy, and our problem was fairly complicated, about my daughter's business accounts and her lack of internet and phone service. Devon listened to the problem, understood, came up with a solution and worked it out so that the business phone was loaded onto an ipad, creating a mobile hotspot for the pos machine and printer to work from. It took quite a while but Devon was polite, professional and cheerful throughout, making us feel like our business is valued, not something we often feel from Bell.
