Today I switched phone services to Bell Customer Sales Representative Atif was very helpful in explaining the plans and suggesting the most suitable one.

Last week we went to the Bell Store in Erin Mills Town Centre to buy a cell phone plan with them. Chantelle helped us immensely with her quiet, patient and knowledgeable manner. Our anxiety was calmed by Chantelle in navigating the steps to switch our previous operator, Virgin Mobile whose help was non-existent. Chantelle is such an asset to any business; especially, on a professional level.

Chantelle rocks! She did everything to help my sister and me to get the best mobile and home internet deals. I didn't have this kind of customer experience for years!

I asked Aaron if he could activate the new phone and transfer the data from the old iPhone.

to register me with Bell for internet and cable. Nobody has ever done that, that
I am aware of. My transition to Bell was smooth and very professional. Great

Revisited this store within a week because of the good service by Atif and CJ.
Last week we went to Erin Mills Town Centre because my mom wanted to get her own phone line and number for emergencies. She is a senior, refuses to use smart phones because hard to operate. We shopped different providers, which all came with data plans and required to pay hundreds to get a smart phone. Finally we walked in this store to try our luck. Atif LISTENED and understood mom's need and recommended an old style flip phone, which exactly fitted Mom's requirements (basic functions with larger number icon). His fellow staff CJ patiently helped mom select phone number. It was a very satisfying shopping experience.
When we got home, my dad saw the phone. He tried and also liked it. Therefore, I went today and got exactly a same phone for him.
Definitely will recommend this place for friends whose parents or young kids need basic function phones.
