Had the most wonderful experience at Bell in the Holt Renfrew Centre finding a phone for my elderly mother. Julia was incredibly helpful and friendly and the service was incredibly fast.

Julia helped my dad and I get a better deal on our plans! This was at the Holt Renfrew location! She was kind, knowledgeable and very attentive and helpful! Thank you Julia and Isaac!

The customer service at this store is remarkable. I deal with Ellen and purchased my iPhone from her and though I did not buy my Apple Watch from her, she helped me research the product and when I received it from Apple, she helped me set it up. There is nothing that they won’t do to assist to make life easier.

Went to the Bell store at Holt Renfrew because we have been deliberating on moving our landline to a cellular phone. Our family has had that number for over 30 years and this has been a task we have been dreading as we did not want anything to go wrong and lose the number. But luckily we were helped by Julia and our number was moved swiftly with no issue. If you’re looking for exemplary service, seek Julia for assistance!

I can't rave enough about the service I received from Shahram. He actually came in on his day off to help me with the impossible task of transferring data from my old Blackberry to my new iPhone. He is so knowledgeable, so fast and so very kind!

This location has the worst customer service. The worker's there are very rude and very unpleasant to deal with. I would not recomend getting any service.
