Cameisha the Store Manager is awesome. I was on that site after being given the run around about transferring responsibilities to from small business to personal.
2hrs I was told it’s complicated and was asked to produce two pieces of identification and her colleagues saying passport was not sufficient enough as proof.
I was ignored and sat quietly and patiently whilst my family was worried as they could not get hold of me.
The moment I explained my predicament to Cameisha. She told me Sir I will fix this in a few minutes. Within 10 minutes. I had all my issues resolved. We need more Managers like her who know about identification documents in Canada.
I was already fed up and going to other service providers, but her humbleness and understanding made me continue with Bell Services.
Not bashing her colleagues on that day 3 February 2024 they need more training and follow in her footsteps. Will not mention their names.

Bought 2 phones recently. Nis was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond in helping us.

Very unorganized, not helpful. There is no crowd management at all, people are attended to randomly. Rather go elsewhere.

I was looking to purchase a Samsung Z-Fold 5. Josh, the salesman that took me thought the process showed amazing professionalism and customer service. We had significant issues completing the sale do to an error at the business office. Josh's patients and dedication not only resulted in the sale but a sincere appreciation of his professionalism! Not enough employees to help, only 2 working and it takes so long for them to help customers because they have to phone in. I waited 20 minutes only to be told they can't help me and i have to call in.

Went down to this location to get the Wi-fi router replaced after being on the phone with support for an hour. Get to the store and the barcode for the login system is not on the back of the device, instead of just phoning head office or just pulling my account up from his end he made me get back on call with support were I had to waist another 30 minutes on the phone with them, when it would have taken less than a minute to do it himself. I informed him that I have lived in 5 different countries and this is the worst customer support I have ever received from a tech company, his response to that was, well 4 out of 5 customers of Bell feel this way so that's to bad. If I could give 0 starts I would I was absolutely appalled by the behavior and allowance of this, for what assume was his manager was right next to him.

Came here to do a device return. I was told that they are getting an error message and that the system was down. No help otherwise.

I went in to sign up for a phone plan and was assisted by Chiara. She was so sweet and cheerful and help find a perfect plan for me and my family. She had a very positive attitude and answered all my questions clearly.if you need a phone plane I highly recommend you go to the Vaughan mills location and request Chiara. 10/10 service. She deserves a raise fr.

Most racist store ever. The manager is black and she is the most racist person ever. Very poor customer service. They don’t even know what they doing…dont go there.if they see you dress nice you can afford 2 3 phone at the same time they are jealous and they will accuse you being a fraud.
