Terrible customer service by the larger dark haired male at the back kiosk. I've had bell personally and corporately for 30 years and I will not deal with this location again.

We have had nothing go right with Bell. What happened to a company that had a great name.
They keep adding charges to our bill and have been told many times of the costs of my bill. They do take Senior's for a ride. They get away with a lot.
I will be reporting them to CRTC. Is there any honest Canadian company left? I can't find any

I worked for Bell too, but these staffs are poor, untrained who actually don't know what Cx service is. Visited just to ask about Mobile Plans. 0* rating

I went to bell in niagara falls. It was rush there but not a single staff greeted or said anything to us as we stood there for half hour. Then we left that place and went to bell pen centre. Experience was so great over there. I got what i was looking for in just few seconds. Staff was so cooperative.

Darrel was extremely helpful - he quickly diagnosed the issue we were having and provided an immediate fix. Great customer service. Much appreciated!

Bell has been overcharging me for years on my home phone, internet and TV package, and I've finally cut my TV opting for a streaming service. Home phone is obsolete now, and I will be changing my internet provider ASAP! Funny how they contact me to offer me incentives on their 'packages' now, but they're wasting their breath.
