They lost an 800$ deposit which was made for a line and now they refuse to refund because clearly they don't know where it is GREAT JOB!

It was a great experience visiting bell, Customer service attendant was so professional and polite.

The lady who attended to me was absolutely helpful. Went out of her way to help address my needs.

I’ve been having difficulty getting a new SIM card as I had my phone taken but… although it still hasn’t been sorted yet, the one lady who works at this store has been such a big support system and has put in a lot of time trying to help me out in store while also providing help for other customers coming in. She is absolutely amazing and even if I don’t get it figured out I feel supported and helped by her for sure!
