I spoke with Tammy on the phone. And within one hour I had a new phone. A new number. And twice the Gigs as Freedom Mobile! Highly recommended. Ask for Tammy! She was an awesome customer service rep. Helpful. Professional. She is truly amazing. Definitely ask for her when you go into the store!

Raffi Ehtemam was so personable, helpful and efficient. He made a phone upgrade experience seemless and enjoyable! He even pointed out cost saving opportunities and advised us to delete uneeded services. I highly recommend this location for all Bell inquires, but especially Raffi! Thank you for all your help and knowledge!

I will not be bringing anymore of my business to bell. You cant buy phones outright anymore.they don't allow that apparently. Unless they can lock you into a plan that benefits them only. They have zero interest in whats best for their customers.
Not to mention the brutal 1800 number where you have extreme difficulties solving any problems.

Glad i signed up for a new plan with another provider that is only 40$ a month.instead of the 85 they wanted.id put negative stars if it was an option.

I can not express enough the amazing service I just received from Raffi at this bell location. His knowledge, patience and expertise helped me and family get into the right phones and plans to meet our personal needs. After being with another provider for over 15 years I have never experienced such excellent customer service as this, which is very rare to find these days. Coming from a business owner myself he is definitely an asset to your company. A+

Tammy at the Mapleview Bell location was amazing. So patient and kind with my family. She helped us get the best deal possible and was so helpful and patient when I encountered an issue recalling my password lol. Highly recommend her for your cell phone needs.

Tammy is one of the best customer service people I have ever dealt with at this location in Barrie Ontario and likely all the Bell stores around the area. Exceptional service and goes way out of her way to help and get you organized. She is extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. I was in the store last week and although the store closes at 7: 00pm I watched Tammy help a young lady well past 8: 00pm. She went beyond what I have ever seen from a Bell customer service person to serve a customer. In a post COVID world where sercice has gone down everywhere, Tammy provided one of the best service experiences I have ever seen, and at the end the customer gave her a BIG HUG.

Awesome Service

Is was time for our cell phone renewal so we visited the Bell store on Mapleview in the south end of Barrie. We had the fortune to be assisted by Tammy. Because we no longer required a family plan we were in the market for 3 individual plans instead due to all different needs. Tammy took the time and energy to go through all the phone plans and the process of setting up each new account. She also activated all three new phones so that we were up and running and good to go! It is incredible the amount of administration that is required and Tammy patiently and expertly helped us through the process, even staying past her workday to get us all hooked up! We appreciate the service provided and the friendly disposition that Tammy radiates. If you are in need of a new package with Bell, you will be well served by Tammy and the Bell Mapleview store!

This was quite possibly the best customer service I have EVER experienced. My husband and I wanted to switch both of our cell phones over to bell to have our internet and phones all in the same place. We had the pleasure of being helped by Victor; he was polite, honest, kind and knew EXACTLY what he was doing. The process was absolutely seamless. I ended up not being satisfied with the phone I got and we returned to the store the next evening to exchange my phone. Victor was working again and was completely understanding and accommodating. Aman helped finish off the exchange and we left the store again more than satisfied. These guys are amazing and we will definitely be going back for anything in the future!

Bell service was awesome! Vic one of their humble staff was amazing in helping me set-up my new device and was able to go above and beyond to help me with the transition from my then current provider to theirs. I’m honestly was very pleased with him. He was such a gentleman polite knew exactly what he was doing. I would highly recommend to go to him. Thank you very very much Vic really appreciated all your help.

When you buy an otter box that cost $90 to get no refund when it broke after a WEEK of buying it… go into the store to try and get a refund, and Vicktor tells me the store manager can allow that so come in tomorrow as she’s in at that time. Go in for a second time to deal with Stephanie, Mary (whatever the managers name is) to again tell me I can only get an exchange when I was told I can get a refund over the phone.

Go into the store to find out the great news of being out $90. I know there way of being nice was to provide me another case/exchange but the customer service was not the best as I was not even informed their “strict policy” of no returns when buying the original case… if it’s so strict love how I got told nothing… then to be told that the storefront manager is the only one that can do a refund to then get told by her over the phone we can (took her 2 hours to get back to me when she told me “give me only 30 minutes) THEN to go into the store to walk out with the same phone case that broke not even after a WEEK.

Fix your customer service and maybe let your customers know about your products instead of just getting sales.

Had the greatest experience here, always felt like phone stores never have my best interest in mind but the staff working here help set up my phone and home services for me and I feeling confident. The lady Stephanie and Rafie helped me greatly and gave me fantastic service. Never going to a different phone store but here

Walked in to close an account for a deceased family member. I was given a box and a piece of paper and told to go to the post office, they will tape it up for you. I have zero confidence that this will close said account. No one logged in to the account, no one said yes let me take care of that. They don’t even accept the hardware return in person. Somehow going to the store is now a worse option than using the phone service. Why does this store exist?

We just had the most AMAZING customer service experience, ever! Thank you Raffi for assisting us and getting us the best possible plan, as well as much needed accessories. We will definitely be returning to the Barrie South Bell Store for our next upgrade.

Visited the store to get a new device. Aman was dealing with me and delivered me the best custom experience i have had in canada. The way he was handling my file was professional as well as transparent. Can say i got the best deal!

Aman sales person was too warm and had an exceptional great customer service. Due to him I switched from freedom to bell and next week will bring my husband.
