We were mad but that was not because of the representative but the people on the NHC that don't communicate with each other. Guy in the store, sorry I don't know his name, was patient, explained the process, guided us of what to do, got us a great plan. We were lucky we get later a guy in the NHC that know what was going on

These guys are a joke. They won’t let you hold any phones without the security tag and cord connected to the back of it. Who on earth would buy a $2,000 phone when you cannot really hold it and see the weight or how it closes? Plus they were rude and not helpful. There are many bell locations and I would avoid this one.
