I lived close to Masonville mall but I decided to go to White Oakmall, to the Bell phone center. I was approached by a lovely and beautiful young lady, name is (Kinnaly Cheo) she asked me if she can help me with anything and I replied yes to her. I explained my situation to her and she explain to me, what I should to do. Then I asked her if there was a cellular phone package and internet service that was more affordable and she replied yes, she advice me that Virgin mobile service would have better plan. She then switched me to Virgin mobile for both cellphone and internet services. I was extremely pleased and I just wanted to say thank you for being so patient and understanding.
