After massive frustration and hours of dealing with the Bell Call Centre where they told us our home address doesn't exist, 2 hang ups, a "no-show" service call (I changed appts.to be at home all day), and lots of misinformation, we finally went to the Bell Store at Lambton Mall. Travis was amazing. He knew exactly what to do and just did it. Our new fibre optic cable was installed today. Thank you so much Travis. It never would have happened without you. BELL should fire all those who work at those call centres, they are less than useless.

Terrible service, mms doesn't work, phone drops out, service center always says they are working on it.hahaha big joke to this big company.they promise services they know they cannot deliver. Very poor provive.

Had to return to this store because my daughter's phone service plan was messed up. Twice given a bait and switch. Sticker shock. Employees do not know what they're offering and like to deflect error. I had to call Bell support multiple times and was transferred many times. Frustrating company.

Worst customer service experience!
I needed some help with the bell mobility as my cell phone is having issues with the cell reception. Went into the bell store at Lambton Mall in Sarnia for help to fornar the device and unfortunately was met with this sales guy Devon. After I explained the problem, the first words out of his mouth were "Oh you are not here to buy anything then. ". His attitude was very dismissive and told me rudely that they are very busy with other customers (there were only two other people in the store at the time) and declined to help me at all. He said you can format the phone on your own and I don't need his help. I walked out of the store at this point.

I am not sure how this guy is employed in a customer service role with this attitude but I guess that's unfortunate on Bell's part that they have such an employee working at one of their store.

Google doesn't allow for any zero star or even negative star reviews otherwise this review would have been a negative star one to say the least!

Jon and Travis are two of the best at this location! They helped diffuse a problem with my preorder of the iPhone 14 pro max! Made it easier to understand what was wrong! I am singing their praises! Give these their due credit! Thanks again guys!
