We went to the Bell store at the Stratford Mall and Erika, the store manager was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Although we experienced some difficulty she was right on it, walked us through it, called Bell Customer Service and took the matter into her competent hands and resolved the problem for us. Without her assistance we would have been completely lost. Thank you Erica.you're amazing!

I was in there store on Sunday a young man named Joshua was helping me. My sister had a devastating fire where she lost everything so I came in to get a sym card and get a old phone of mine set up for her as she is still in hospital. The service he gave me was incredible and nothing he would be making commissions on. He was so kind and patient. Truly remarkable and very appreciated.

Elanna helped me get my internet set up and everything went incredibly smooth as she was very knowledgeable of all the products and procedures.

Since moving to Stratford I switched from Rogers to Bell 6 years ago. Having initially worked with Erika and now Garrett on each renewal and phone upgrade, I have always enjoyed how friendly and professional their service level is. They have always gone above and beyond to review my account and find the best package for my day to day business.
I will always refer my friends to them whenever they are looking for exceptional service.

Got my home phone, internet and TV package through this store. Garrett was great and helped me through the whole process. Installation went off without a hitch and everything has been working since.

After a really poor customer service experience with a major competitor, I started looking for better service and rates at Bell. I’m so lucky I got talking to Garrett! He connected me with exactly the services I needed at a rate I never imagined I could have. It was so easy and I’m thrilled with my Fibe internet, TV and streamer. Bell makes Telus look real bad. Plus even the installation dude was so professional. That said the big 3 can go str8 to the center of earth when their finished ripping us off. FACT.

I’ll admit I had a rough go with Bell online recently. Went into my local store and cannot say enough wonderful things about the 2 young men working there today; Jaeden and Josh.
Jaeden sorted out all the confusion (and more!) and was so incredibly understandable and helpful with my phone upgrade. It’s soooo nice to see such a friendly face in customer service nowadays and I can’t recommend this store enough. Both of them were fantastic and went over and above.
Will only be dealing with Bell this way if possible! Thank you again!

Recently visited the Stratford (Festival Marketplace) store with a complicated issue. Joshua was able to proceed with his solution after reaching out to management, customer relations and the Bell support team. He deserves to be commended for his poise, knowledge, patience and persistence. He was considerate to my mother who is advanced in years. We were both impressed by his customer service. Jaedan is a great sales person. He has lots of information which is helpful and great customer service skills while being polite and courteous. Give him a raise imo.
