I could not get my new samsung a54 phone to work. Bell internet chat did nothing to help they sent me to Staples and they could do nothing. I went to Bell Mobility at Devonshire and Patrick save me. I was about to return it to Bell and find a new provider, Patrick calmed me down and for the next 25 minutes worked his magic and got my phone working and transferred my stuff from my old phone to the new one. One reason it was hard was old provider had not stopped their service so the phone number could be transferred. Patrick made it happen. He used a cable to transfer the info from old phone to new. I had ordered the phone from Bell on the internet but Patrick me anyway and he had no skin in the game. Employees like that are purer gold and if I need anything else I will return because of him.

Wally is the best. Had few issues with my wife's plan as I was put on a wrong plan. Wally was able to solve my issues. Thank you Wally you were very patient with me. If you are looking for some one honest come see Wally he will take good care of you.

There is no system to serve customers at this Bell outlet. Yesterday I was made to wait 30 minutes just to be told that they can't help me. I simply cancelled my account with them and took my business elsewhere.

The worst service you get in bell and specially in this location, no one helps you with anything except if you want buy only, they are super greedy, they are after sales only and when you do that they will not provide any other service and help to the customers, don't go there at all, it is better to get you phone and data from other providers, don't do bell and Roger, they are greedy and useless.

Can Bell Canada stop sending flyers to my mail box?
After so many times of awful experience with Bell, I decide to make my house a Bell-free one, we won't be a customer of Bell Canada. Your flyers were disgusting to us.

We have had a wonderful experience at Bell! Everytime we call they are so friendly and helpful, we never have a problem with the internet and if we do need to get ahold of them its a quick call! Very happy customer:)

My worst experience ever.
I bought a plan with them and it barely worked (I was on 3G and it couldn’t even load Google) and their excuse is that in my area, the towers have a problem and they have multiple complaints from that area. Like you guys have multiple complaints and still the tower is not fixed? Also, some of the sales consultants in this store don’t know anything and they suspended my account so I couldn’t port out my number. Although I asked them not to do it because I want to port out the number.
If you want to get bell, first check with them if their towers work properly in your area cause if it doesn’t work, they are not gonna fix it anytime soon!

Had a great experience at the Bell Devonshire Mall store. Setup 2 iPhones (1 new) + tv Fibe and internet. Started off with Colin, who we found out later was the manager, and finished setting everything up with Moe. Both gave us their undivided attention, explained everything extremely well and made us fully aware of what we were buying. Only downside was the extra hookup and change costs/problems which is a Bell corporate issue nothing to do with the great service we received at the Devonshire Mall store.
