We did not have a very good experience at this store. The bell rep we spoke to get my mother’s service switched from satellite to Bell Fibe TV and internet was not very good. She wasted our time because she didn’t check first what type of internet was available, which turned out to be a useless max speed, 15 megabits, if we got Fibe TV. This was after she stared at her screen for long periods not talking. And spent so much time asking what tv channels my mom watched. So we spent about 30 or more minutes there before she told us this internet issue. What a waste of time. And when we told her my mom was paying for satellite tv which stopped working, and asked if she could stop the billing since it was broken, she just said she couldn’t. We went to Rogers and got a new set of services and an installation arranged in way less time. Plus my mom will be paying about $100 less. The experience in this store was frustrating because the rep seemed to not know anything, just stared at her screen and didn’t talk and when she did she told us things that didn’t make sense or told us she couldn’t get bell internet at her house either. It was a strange experience that didn’t value our time.

Aman was amazing. Went downstairs at sq1 the rep was reluctant to help me out. Came upstairs saw Aman and within 15 mins he got the job done. Thanks Aman and Bell!

We shared our Bell visit with Mohib today he was very professional, confident and knowledgeable.

Ryan helped me out a great deal today Sept. 22,2023, SIM card would not work in a new phone, landline number was supposed to have been transferred to the cell. Ryan had knowledge of how to deal with the issue and persisted until the problem was resolved. Thank you Ryan.

I had the best customer service ever by Theresa at Bell in the upper level Square One. Theresa carefully listened to my concern and patiently helped me with my Bell SIM card transfer and activation. It’s a big deal to me because I am a person with a disability and Theresa took her time with me until my concern was resolved. I appreciate it a lot.

I would give more stars if I could. Mrs Ameeta was amazing, she explained so patiently and happily. Chosing Bell was a great idea.
