Tyler at the Bell store in Cornwall was amazing. Was on phone for over 2 hours and they didn’t know what they were doing and told me to go to the bell store and he fixed my Grandson phone so thankful for him

Bell Canada they have bad service on there side they send you over lots of people on the phone they never fix your issue I stay with them September to now no good service stay away from them

They were note able to solve my issue but gave me alternative solutions. Customer service was great.

Went to you store last night with hubby and had very good service from a young man named Johan (in training) and besides he was alone greeted us right away with a big welcoming smile very knowledgeable answered all hubbies questions and mine will definitely be back to see him thanks for the help

Terrible experience! So to start all I wanted to do is get 7G of data added to my pre paid plan. There was an issue happening with the computer and I had to wait 2-3 hours. After all of this wait the guy briefly tells me that it won’t happen!

My recent experience at Bell on the weekend restores my faith in humanity. I was having trouble with telus, which i had been with them since my first phone as a kid. They dont look out for your best interests and always seem to try and scam you somehow. However, Andrew a manager with bell set me up with a new account and had me paying half as much as i was with telus in 30 minutes. He was very nice and knowledgeable in his field. Im very appreciative to have customer service like that. Thanks again.

I had the most terrible experience in my life. I was told one thing on phone & told totally different at store.
Had originally went to store to hook up my old phone with plain Jane telephone, no internet, no nothing.
Manager never offered me "locked data". Manager did not remove everything on phone! Quoted me with price & 9 days later I receive horrendous bill.
THANK GOD Tim was there he spent over an hour correcting all managers mistakes. Please everybody give credit to were credit is do.
TIM answered all my questions & then some THANKS TIM you were a lifesaver after all that I incurred.

My overall Bell experience was very frustrating trying to get my daughter's phone repaired until I took it directly to the Bell store in Cornwall Square. Tim was very helpful and even stayed after hours to help us resolve the issue of getting the paperwork sent off to the proper places. We had spent 6 frustrating hours being transferred from department to department on the phone with the problem still not being resolved. Tim helped by getting the printed copies we needed with the help of the woman in the main office. She was very helpful also (sorry I can't remember her name) He even made sure the information got faxed to the proper place and called to make certain they had received everything that was needed to send us a new phone (under warranty) Thank you Tim for going above and beyond to make our day end on a positive note.

Went to Bell Store to correct a passed issue in start of June 2022. Was approached by Tim who was 100 percent knowledgeable and with great empathy in resolving our issue with the ongoing passed billing issue. At 4 previous attempts in reaching out to the call center, it led to lots of frustrations and unnecessary repeated added credits to the account that was not properly billed and led to over payment and other unpaid bills that were improperly combined to the initial set up. Above and beyond customer service great job Tim and Tyler at the Bell Water Street Store in Cornwall Ontario.

My wife and I just upgraded our mobile phones and were provided with excellent service by Ben. He was attentive to our needs and stayed with us until all of the files, apps and data were transferred onto the new phones.

I went to the Bell store today expecting to buy a new phone to replace my 'dinosaur'. Tim listened to my situation and suggested changing the SIM card. Should I need to return Tim gave me an education and a few suggestions. He went above and beyond in customer service

Recently had the pleasure of getting my brand new S22 Ultra looked after and serviced by this very cool saleperson around my age named Tyler. He was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful when it came to installing an otter box case and plated glass screen for my brand new phone, and I'm tremendously happy with the effort he put in to just being social, had a great conversation about phones and other services and he was very successful in achieving a 5 star rating in my eyes. Tyler, if you see this, my phone is in perfect working condition and it's all thanks too you, cheers man!

I went in looking for a new screen protector today after a few to many near misses. Sales rep Tyler Hudon worked promptly and skillfully to put it on for me. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Thank you so much. Will come again.

Tyler & the manager were both great! Tyler went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Explained everything and brought my sister back to BELL. He was absolutely fantastic and my brother-in-law may come back to Bell as well.

Terrible service, wasted my time completely on 2 separate occasions. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
The only thing they succeeded in doing was convincing me to switch which phone carrier I do business with, and giving me directions to the nearest Telus.
Absolutely would not recommend to anyone. Jeff is an awful store manager, he is completely useless and will not help you. I will not be returning to Bell in any capacity.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jeff today in-store. He was very patient and helped me get a new phone and contract. He was very friendly and obviously knowledgeable about the products and plans he was selling. I would recommend Bell Cornwall Square to anybody looking for a positive customer experience and exceptional customer service. Frankly, I am baffled by the negative reviews on Google. I think most of these reviews reflect billing issues or service issues with Bell via phone. These reviews are not indicative of the wonderful service you will receive at the store level.
