I want to recognize the excellent service we received overall and specifically the service received from Ken the consultant at the Place d’Orleans Bell store! We were greeted by a consultant who was assisting someone else, to say that someone would be with us shortly. It’s always nice to know that they are aware of you being there and that we would be getting some assistance soon. A short time later, another consultant Ken greeted us asking what he could help us with. I went in with my husband to see about purchasing an upgrade for my iPhone & we also had some questions in regards to, making changes to our services. Ken was very knowledgeable, very professional and very helpful. He took the time to review the options of the various iPhones in relationship to their features, in order for me to make an informed decision in selecting the appropriate iPhone. He also reviewed our services making some adjustments to meet our expectations and improving our service plans overall. He went above and beyond in taking the time to ensure we were making an informed decision for both my iPhone purchase and for our Bell services changes. Customer Service for the retention of an existing Bell Customer is as important as it is for a new Bell Customer. Thanks to Ken, we left very pleased with our overall experience, service and outcome of the visit to the Bell store at Place d’Orleans. Ken and the other consultant are valuable representatives of the face of the Bell team.

Went to this Bell store, Simon was very knowledge, helpful and accomodating. I purchased an Iphone for my son, he made the journey very pleasant.
Definitely going back to the same store for future services or purchases.

If you require your Bell account number in order to change to Telus, Rogers etc. Do not tell the clerk or Manager of this store In August wen requesting an corporate Bell account number the Manager stated" Lers be transparent, you are changing to another company" he refused to give the account number and said csll 310 Bell for it. Ignorant and uncalled for. Hopefully Bell Corporate will correct your tantrum. Hello Telus, good ridden Bell.

Fantastic experience at the Place D’Orleans Bell store. Started the process on the phone with Bell of moving my cell phone service from a competitor. To complete the transition, I was advised I needed to get a sim card at the local store. Simon Midgley was the service rep who assisted me. Not only did Simon provide courteous and thorough customer service, Simon went above and beyond, taking the time to understand my needs, explaining more options than I was original offered, and helped me to save additional money. I was very happy with my experience and would highly recommend this Bell location, and Simon in particular.

Just spoke with a bell representative not only did they give me the number all the steps and make sure I was good to go but super professional and amazing service

I was in and out of the place in under a minute as I only had one question to ask them. At the time the place was dead nobody except the clerks were in the store.

On Black Friday, my sister, her husband and I came in to Bell Place D’Orleans because we had an unknown charge on our account. We were greeted by Omaid the minute we walked in and we explained, to which he was happy to help. After finding out this mystery charge, we also wanted to upgrade our phones. Omaid was so resourceful and gave us multiple options. He made all the calculations of what our bill would look like so we didn’t have to. The customer service that Omaid gave us that day is probably the best, if not in the top 3 services I’ve had with Bell over the last 5 years. We all left in very timely manor with new Phones, the best prices, and the absolute delight of dealing with Omaid.

Omaid if you are reading this, Thank you again for all your help. I will continue to come to Bell Place d’Orleans to see you if ever I have more problems, if ever I want to upgrade my phone or buy new things!

Great customer service! The employees really know their stuff. They have better deals than any the other providers. Great experience overall
