Nurul was great help. Was able to fix my issues very quickly when over 2hours on the phone with tech was not able to. Very polite and friendly.

Doors locked. You can only get in if you ring a bell. You ring bell and no one is available to open door. Avoid this location. Going to get a new cell and cell service at another Bell store.

Got the $120 package from Bell for phone cable and internet. 3 months later my bill is $165? Same games as Rogers.bring the U. S.companies over.

I was looking for the best deal for home internet and phone connection. I decided to visit all stores to find out best options. First stop was Bell, followed by Telus and last was Roger/Fido. I would rank my experience in the same order.

Big shout out for Razib who gave honest feedback and input about everything from selection of plan, usage, mobile phone and billings. He did not try to sell anything but tried to find solution for me. Bell got some amazing plans and offers.

After finalizing my plans, I visited the store again to activate it with my 4 years old twins. Staff was so welcoming and made sure that kids get engaged and feel happy.

One of best customer service experience at this store. Would recommend if you are looking for good home internet and phone connection plan. I am saving more than 40% compared to what I was paying Rogers/Fido and getting 3 times benefits.

Not great customer service.we enter the store at 7 pm and the sale person was pushing to close the store so did not gave the proper details of the plan.
Please don't go during the store closing as they will ignore and say bye.

Honestly I went into this location in distress. I lost my phone and didn't know what option to go for next. On a budget, and so confused about what was best for me, this employee Laila took care of me. She offered me the best upgrade for my situation and was so compassionate and caring towards my needs at Bell. I left there feeling so much better. Thank you Bell, and Laila!:)

Razib provided us excellent services to set up two new line from other operators, transfer my all data from the previous phone and set up all my apps and email. I am highly satisfied for his service.

Razib is the most helpful employee at bell in heartland. He was amazing in getting me an iPad for my son’s birthday. When the iPad had issues he helped me with the process of exchanging with no problems. If you need anything from bell go see Razib. He is very kind generous and helpful.

They don't take discontinue service request. You have to call Bell. It is a business practice that makes you difficult to finish your contract. The clerks at this branch were very attentive, polite and helpful.

Ricky at this store is one of most patient and sincere and dedicated resource i ever met… i signed up for bell phones through phone and customer service team messed up by porting my number incorrectly. Ricky was patient enough to hear the problem, work with customer support, ported my number and made sure my sims are up and running… all with a sweet smile and positive attitude… especially at the closing time of the store… im still with bell just because of Ricky today… thanks again so much Ricky!

Constante is a great salesman and fantastic in making a customer feel at home and leave satisfied!

I was in the store at Bell in Heartland, Constante and Ricky gave me an excellent customer service. They are very helpful, nice and knowledgeable. Cant thank enough specially Constante for his patience and kindness. He did activate my new phone and did all the update in my phone. Very polite and has excellent skills. I always come back to this store because of the excellent service. Way to go.

Had a horrible experience with phone sales department. Came into the store instead, and met onstante and Ricky and they turned that around really quickly! I was able to walk out of the store happier than ever. The service amazing and guys are very friendly. Kept us entertained that's for sure!

Place is really ok.
Went here for a phone plan staff seems ok like they know what they are doing but the danyal guy really is lost. My bad luck that I had him to help with a sale and since it was Boxing Day and super. It’s I had no choice. He didn’t set up a separate account for my sister and insisted that I call. Couldn’t find the AirPods. Didn’t know what was happening with the plans and just in generally seemed like he was still in training.

Visited the Bell store recently and was helped by an associate named Danyal. Very helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend this store and request for his assistance

Amazing customer service, specifically a bell associate named Danyal, I had went to purchase an phone and Danyal was very polite and helpfull. Would highly recommend shopping at this store.

I had the worse experience with Bell for first time. I got overcharged for everything on my account which was more then my bill itself. I will never go back to Bell again. They always find a reason to overcharge. I was so happy with Freedom service and amazing plans.

BrianCatojo was the best Sales Consultant ever. If you're a senior, see him because he is so pleasant, respectful and knowedgeable.

Danyal was very professional, courteous and looked into what was best required. I would ask customers to ask for him if they are attending the store.

Worst service in the town.the guy named rocky sold me the connection and I got bill of 1300$ and i went to 5 times to get my bill settled.still figuring out when they gonna do it

The Bell store has plenty if options. The product selection is decent. The issues I have experienced at this particular store involve service. The staff is knowledgeable but if they are helping others, the length of time spent with them makes it a very long experience for you. Especially if you only need to purchase an existing stock item.

Good bell location, it wasn’t very busy when i was there. The shift manager was the one helping me out. He did very good job of it considering he was also managing/training another individual there who had another customer at the same time.

Great customer service! But they need to know people are waiting in line.they don't need to setup the phone for the customer and order pizza for them. It's furstrating.
