Andrew is disrespectful, no customer service. Man wasted 2hours and at the end yelling @ us for his mistakes. Never ever go there again

Store upstairs by the Walmart, young man. Very rude and unprofessional. Horrible and disgusting behaviour! I’m not sure who hired him. I do not recommend this bell store at all! So much attitude and disrespect. I can’t believe I wasted my precious time to talk to him.
At first he pretended he didn’t noticed me when I walked in to the store. Then when I mentioned that, he started acting offended. I wanted to speak to him about the cancellation of my service with bell and the contract I signed. I couldn’t believe how rude he behaved. It was a matter of being nice to his customer and explain the bill. He had no clue about the contract I signed and what I’m talking about, I guess he didn’t even read it and tried it to translate it to his own inexperienced language.
Very unprofessional.
I must tell you all, please go to Rogers for your own sake. I have never experienced such disrespect at Rogers. I switched to bell only bc of the lower plans promotion. And I regret greatly making this decisions, what a horrible mistake I made! I am now in process of cancelling all the services with this people at Bell and never go back! The customer service is garbage and has never changed for the past 15 years!
Service matters trust me everyone! I am happy I can go back to rogers and forget about this horrible and disgusting people at bell.it’s worth it for me to pay $20 more a month for a perfect service.bell savings on plans are not worth a penny if you can loose your mind!
It is so easy to be nice to people and treat the customers with kindness and respect! Just not for bell employees! Employees like this young man who should go for some training or just find a new job!
Now to this man: I hope one day you will grow up and put your attitude to the packet before your shift starts. Otherwise, the time will come for you to receive the hate and rudeness you are sending out to other people. I forgot to tell you, I filed a formal complaint against you to the main Bell offices. I hope this will teach you a lesson.

Btw Ms. Manager which I spoke to you today: I suggest you take some training yourself. And take some responsibility for your store and your employees.good luck!

I had a phenomenal experience with Mohib Ali, the sales associate. He was well mannered and experienced. He made my time at the bell store a very pleasant one.

Wanted a new phone and swapped from Rogers, and Gautam stayed over an hour past closing to set me and my family up. Absolutely incredible customer service, and Gautam likely got Bell a customer that day because of his service alone. If he had closed the store which he had every right to, I likely would have gotten the phone with Rogers instead.

Bad service and behaviour. Arrogant staff and least interested in explaining the bell products & solutions.

I came here and was greeted and helped out by Mohib. He was absolutely great and helped the experience run faster. He answered all my questions, was kind and genuine. I was in and out and Mohib was the reason why! Thank you Mohib:)

Worst experience ever! Walked in to get help and within 2 minutes I was out not due to fact that it was busy but due to the fact that it was dead and that the older senior representative which may have been the assistant manager had told me that he wouldn’t be able to assist me because the remote I had ordered it from the store and shipped to us we would have to call customer service by phone for them to assist us so that they can send us a return label to get the correct remote.

Parag was an amazing help during my time trying to reactivate my service at Bell. He helped me find a package that suited my needs as well as coordinated with his supervisors to ensure my account was secure and functioning. Couldn’t have done it without him.

Had a wonderful experience from Arjun, as I recently was interested in upgrading a four year old device and he was able to over all the best options for upgrades and provide me with a satisfying service in getting the devices and plan I wanted. Would definitely recommend this location, especially talking to Arjun to get a guaranteed amazing service.

I had an issue with my internet bundle where my plan was charging me a service I no longer use, and Faaiz was able to provide a quick solution and gave me the correct pricing.
