Staff here was very in tune with my business phone needs and gave me their full attention to make upgrades

I would like to share my experience with this location of bell dealer store
I walked in I was greeted I felt welcomed Logan is a gentleman who helped me
Even though my situation was very complicated, a lot of red tapes, but Logan got through. All of them made me very happy. His colleague who was working with him was also pleasant and assuring. I’m very happy to switch over to Bell from a different provider if I need any kind of help my go to store would be this store in London Ontario.

Went in to this location to drop off receiver and modem was told by the representative Logan that they no longer collect on behalf of Bell but he provided me with boxes for packaging and assisted me in closing the boxes.
Great customer service experience.

The dude who helped us was in training and was wildly helpful and good at his job. I would highly recommend the Clark and Dundas location in london ontario.

I had a great experience today at the Bell store thanks to Logan. From a friendly greeting to careful explanation of each step to even helping me call Rogers to cancel my service. The Rogers rep was rude and angry but Logan stayed professional throughout. Thanks again Logan for all your help. Upgraded two phones with sales rep Cameron. Awesome experience, two old phones had all data easily transferred to new phones. Took the time to explain features on new phones. Highly recommend for your phone needs.

I would highly recommend Cameron for all your cell phone needs. He was so very helpful and took the time with us to show us what we needed to know about our new phones. Very pleasant guy.

I started off with help in St. Thomas, Ontario. He assisted me in finding a tablet close by and called to let them know I was coming. When I arrived at the store the customer service was great! They assisted me with getting all hooked up and ready to go.

The worst service I got in my life from this store. The guys who working over there they just make you fool. 3 days back I went there to port my number to bell. But I won’t get good deal so I refused to change that but the guy who is working there. I don’t think how he processed everything and my own service from virgin got canceled and when I went back they provide me new sim and said you got your palns back in 2 days. And when I tried to contact them they said they are end up with thwir side now you are on your own. This kind services they provide
