Been literally standing here for over 15 mins. Team member has not acknowledged us. They are dealing with someone; however not a word. There is the Best team member in the back. There are 4 customers waiting without a word. Not very good customer service.

I went in to obtain some information regarding FibeTv, and was approached by Amanda. I generally dislike Bell, because of my past experiences, but if I get the same amazing help as I did from Amanda, I will have no problem getting more services from Bell. Amanda was polite, patient, and trustworthy. I eneded up signing on for an all in one package that was very well priced, and included, TV, Internet, and Home Phone.
I just wanted to take some time and thank Amanda for the wonderful experience.
