The manager deep singh of this store doesn't qualify to work here, he's ruining the bell's image, he claim that whatever he says is right, did sold products and refused to return them by making excuses, there's a way to talk to a customer, if there's a zero star rating would gave gave that as well, they don't even deserve 1 star, not recommended, don't go there to ruin your day, they'll sell you songs that you wouldn't want to buy.

My friend encountered an issue with this store tofay' an employee name deep kiran singh was so rude, doesn't know how to deal with the customer, poor service, he doesn't deserve to work at customer service, whosever made him the store manager is going to suffer, don't recommend anyone to deal with this store, if you do so stay away from this arrogant guy

Deep kiran singh is so arrogant who doesn’t know how to talk to a customer, he claims himself to be a manager but barely qualify for anything, Worst customer service ever experienced, , running scams in this store and exploiting customers. Wouldn’t not recommend anyone, they think they can do whatever they want to, this guy claims that their store is a franchise and they don’t give a damn to bell, anything they say is right, he need to learn and need to get basic training for customer service. Zero manners, no adequates at all.

Boycott deep singh from this store, so rude, never witnessed such employees in the customer service, saw him insulting customers who wanted to return the devices bought from here within the promised time, scammers, ruining bell’s image, they must be stopped to do so, don’t visit this location, i would recommend to visit corporate stores, bell’s franchisee are a scam, boycott deep kiran singh
